I love traveling with AA

Aug 11, 2019

Overhead lights were not working.. it was strenuous to read as the passenger next to me pulled the window shutter down . It is a shame that American Airlines did not address the maintenance issue before the flight. It was not convenient. Customer service should be the priority.
