No service support. No coffee in room...go to desk and run some down. No towels..go to desk and run down. HAd 3 nites reservation...key quit working after one nite. Go to desk and run down. Room lamps not working...maybe bulbs,,maybe wiring...could get nothing. Breakfast was good and on time. The only plus. Will never use this porperty again.
The rooms was dirty, dusty, carpet was dirty, musty smell and smelled like smoke. I itched all night in the bed, due to a lot of dust. I have allergies to dust, dust mites and other things
Had to walk through large amounts of bird poop to enter building. Carpet very dirty, stained and smelled.surrounded area’s dirty. Person living in a car in parking lot. Never stay there again.

My room had an old TV with speakers that worked poorly, the smoke alarm was missing, rusty tub and there was almost no staff available.
The front desk staff were friendly but for almost $200 per night there was a hole in the bathroom ceiling and muck in different places from work being done. La Quinta just ain't the same anymore.
Very close to everything, however the staff was nowhere to be found when we arrived. We had to wait 15-20 before someone showed up, the room was a WRECK! Cigarette burns in the comforter, rust stains with missing epoxy in the tub, the bathroom door was wrong size and was cut by some inexperienced carpenter, the main door to the room was also wrong door and would not lock and you can put your fingers they the top of door and door jamb, the remote for the tv was broken. Please respond to this statement so I can provide the photos of all items listed. We felt so unsafe in your facility but we’re forced to stay so to no other rooms available in the short time frame. Horrible Hotel standards.

The room was still dirty from the previous guest. Apparently there had been some tragedy and they sent home all the staff. I think the situation was handled poorly, they could have informed us of the situation. Instead, we walk into a dirty room? Then, no manager to talk to? We left and found somewhere else to stay.
The hotel was not very clean. The bathrooms in particular. They would clean and make up half the room and not the other half. There was old food in the fridge upon arrival. They never took the trash for a four night stay. We made a game of trash Jenga and they still didn’t pick it up. FOR FOUR DAYS. Also being next to a room with a barking dog wasn’t pleasant
Everything was good, the bed was very uncomfortable.
i like the convenience of location. The size of the room was good. Toilet had issues filling after flushing. Limited amenities due to COVID. No breakfast, no pool access.
