Dirty room coffee pot had mold in it found a syringe wth stuff in it not acceptable
Room seemed clean but smelled of cigarette smoke. Front counter was helpful when asked for refund. But since we checked in, they didn't refund the day. We were there less than 30 min.
Was charged before check in. Was not suppose to be charged, had problems with manager at check in.
Stayed for a college family weekend and was the only hotel I could find. Nice to have a larger room. AC worked great, room was clean, and beds were comfortable. Only negative things were chairs were dirty in room and you can hear all the activity above and next door.
Booked room because of convenience to medical center. Ck in staff ok. Room terrible: stained sheets, stained carpet, busted lampshade, broken glass on picture, heavy filth on ceiling fan blades, no tissue only toilet paper, no shampoo only cheap soap, multiple signs of wear and tear in room and outside, did not feel secure. I'm never this picky about a room but this was just too much. Should have left but it was late, I was tired, and I had a medical procedure scheduled the next morning.

I wouldn't call it a hotel but for the price it was very nice. Close to the college and extremely close to shopping and restaurants.
