Don’t ever bring your family to this location. Very uneasy stay. Never again

Front desk rude, not helpful. No breakfast (supposed to be included) we were told curtly 'we're out of milk' which apparently means no breakfast. Room wasn't cleaned and we were asked if we needed anything. They didn't have any towels but promised to bring them-they did not. Mildly looking shower area(ceiling), broken grate on a/c, cracked mirror. Disappointing

This property is completely run down. It is obvious that the staff does not care for it. There is absolutely dirty carpets throughout the common area, rooms are dingy and very worn down

To see a Red Roof Inn in this condition was disappointing to say the least. The property was run-down, the employees were slow and not very helpful, the rooms (especially the bed linens) were not clean, and the breakfast are was deplorable. We booked two rooms and had to change one because the bed linens were so dirty and the TV did not work. The breakfast area was dirty and the only duty of the employee there seemed to be to challenge everyone for his/her room number. Otherwise, he was glued to his phone while tables were unwiped, spills on the floor were ignored, and water spilled out of a machine all over the counter where we would have otherwise set our food as we passed through the line. It was actually flowing out of the coffee machine all over the counter and over the floor. There were floor tiles missing, creating a hazard for people to trip.

Nothing to like! It was dirty from the time we walked in. Smelt dirty. I honestly wanted to cancel my reservation. But, it was too late! Are shower did not work! One of our beds were wrinkled if someone slept in it but the housekeeper just pulled it over! Sheets had brown spots! The pillow had big ol brown spot on it! Then when we went to go check out. They went to go look at the room! And, said bathroom had damage! Umm no it was already broken! Complained about the towels having a red spot! But I used it to clean up a spill my child did! Complained about sheets having a spill from my sons sippy cup! Well kids are kids! So I told him about the brown spots being there before n the shower! I didn’t say anything because I know they’re busy! But wanna keep my deposit over dumb stuff! It’s loud with people slamming doors! People arguing and never did anyone go check the noise out!

Pros: Free breakfast and coffee Cons: charged me a $50 deposit because I payed online they said it would be returned to me at check out it was just since they didn’t have my card on file. I offered my card to be put on file but they said they couldn’t add it then they tried to find any reason to keep my deposit at check out . They wanted to charge me half my deposit stating two towels were stained. I used two face towels to clean food off my children’s face after we had pizza and somehow this ruined the towels. I find that ridiculous it’s food it comes out during the wash. The sheet were also not changed in between guest my bed had crumbs in it first night. The elevator was broken the whole time we were there. The hotel looks dirty like a scary movie. I wouldn’t stay there again.

The breakfast was great. The only thing was the pool was not opened. This is the only reason we like to stay here.

This place is a dump, it is filthy dirty, room hadn’t been cleaned, things were broken (ice maker, elevator didn’t work right, etc.), paint on the drapes, half painted room, air conditioner didn’t work right, etc.

The hotel needs a complete remodel. There was no grass on the outside, it was all weeds. The front door 1 side didn’t work.

Breakfast was great! Amenities were terrific Lobby was awesome Rooms could be cleaned better. Front doors need replacing and need to be able to be opened automatically. I would certainly stay here again and recommend it to others.

By checkin time the lobby smelled like a huge toilet. Dependent on the skylights, clouds or sunset leave the entire area dismally lit. It is an old building in bad need of repair and refurbishment. The shower curtain was falling out of the wall. Pieces of trash bag had been tied on it to prevent the curtain from sliding to the middle. Water damage throughout the building. The laundry room had a sign that said "enter at own risk". The noise was so bad I got barely any sleep. Almost had a fight with drunk people two doors down after reminding them it was 2AM and most were sleeping. The front desk did nothing. Cooperate will be hearing about this dive and how poorly it represents the Red Roof brand. Avoid!

Cool hotel with the indoor pool and koi ponds but seems like no money is put into maintanance. One room the bathroom sink over flowedwith what looked like chew spit and the other rooms bathroom door wouldnt lock. One room had a chair and the adjoining one didnt.so much wasted potential

It's neglected. Cheap for a reason. Hate to see a national chain neglect a place.
