Loved the view when we ventured down to the Manilla and La Nao...would have loved to known that requesting an executive suite would have put us in building 24 and not near the beach...the propaganda for the hotel shared that we would have an ocean view but it did not say it would be from the farthest building on the resort...

liked it because of the location and service, didnt like the that is didnt say we cant swim on the beach, but the access to the other pueblo bonittos covered for that

The food was cold everywhere we ate, at least 40 minute wait for food. Very rude staff - rolling their eyes and saying how busy they were. Harassed about buying a time share EVERYDAY. Do not disturb sign on the door lead to unwanted phone calls to the room. Had to call 3 times to get additional towels to be brought to the room seeing how there was one for the two of us for our reservered 10 day stay. All inclusive doesn't mean all inclusive because everything was an extra charge. Unable to make reservations at one of the restaurants "because it was overbooked", got them to get us a table anyway where we sat in a more than half empty restaurant waiting for our food to be brought out incorrectly.

The property itself is beautiful. The buildings, the grounds, the landscape are great. The amenities are OK as are the restaurants. I've been visiting Cabo annually for the last 6 years, this is my first and last visit to this resort. The rooms were average, the staff was a bit condescending (and I speak Spanish fluently!), the pools are not that spectacular, and there is zero organized activities or shows. The most upsetting part is that this was an all-inclusive but this is misleading at this resort, where you are constantly trying to be upsold different alcohol and food! For example, rosé is not included.. Huh? Weird. Also, 3 of their onsite restaurants have a surcharge of $35 per person. This all defeats the purpose of an all-inclusive. In the end, I'd recommend another resort - there was nothing inspiring or exciting or even unique about this resort. Honestly, the RIU is probably the best in this area.

Nice condo style rooms with amazing ocean views. Great pool and beach (although you can’t go in the ocean here). Food was decent with a market hall providing a nice alternative to the buffet. Could have used ice cream location by main pool and hiking around the resort or even taking the carts they have circulating can get old.

Loved watching the sunrise and sunset! The fireworks were a fantastic surprise! Amazingly clean grounds! Cart drivers were exceptional! Maid staff needed a little work :(

Our check-in was a mess. They didn't have the type of room that we booked through Orbitz so we decided to pay an extra $110/night to stay in an executive suite. When we finally got to the room (it took a long time to prepare), there was a concrete awning from the room below that obscured our view of the ocean (the whole reason we paid to upgrade). So we asked to change rooms and it took another hour to move us. By this time our first day was almost over. We went up to catch the sunset at the sky pool, which we were told that the bar there was open until 6:00... but we got there at 5:10 and they said that they had just closed. Also, when we were waiting for the rooms we were approached 3 times by people wanting to sell us timeshares. The salespeople present themselves like they're restaurant managers or concierge and ask how everything is going, make small talk and then switch to their pitch. We were on our honeymoon and just wanted some peace. Also, it's not all-inclusive. There are many things that you have to pay extra for, including the arcade.

I like everything food drinks people hotel service

This resort is absolutely stunning. They have several other resorts which are also fantastic but sunset is by far the best. Beautiful and so much to offer.

There was problems in the room we notified the staff on two separate occasions and to no avail. there was mold in the room, a leaky overhead, no one came out to attend the problems and it was a safety factor as it's tile someone had slipped. We made reservations for dinner with the concierge and they said there was not one available so we missed out on dinner. My wallet was stolen at the pool.

Room service was absolutely free. That’s unreal for any resort I’ve ever stayed in.

I recently stayed at the hotel with my teenage son. Our arrival was a complete disaster. We checked in around 2am. Told at that time that our room type was overbooked and they would need us to stay in an upgraded room but only for the night when we would then move to our other room and so must be out of the room by 11 no later. At the time of checkin nothing about the hotel was explained to us. We were given zero information on food, pools or anything...I attribute that to the fact it was so late and they just wanted to help us get to our room. Finally a cart came to get us and Alejandro brought us to our room. (Alejandro was so good and kind). Luckily he escorted us to our room because the room key did not work. So he drove back to the lobby to get a new key this took about 15 to 20 minutes. He brought the second key and it still did not work. So he again told us to stay there and he’d go get help. We waited and waited for what seemed like ages and finally decided to walk down to the lobby about 1/2 mile. We got halfway down the hill with our luggage when we saw lights possibly headed to our room so we turned back to find maintenance there. We finally got into our room at around 4 am. I called the front desk to ask if there was anyway that we could have a late check out to our other room and was told 12. No later than. We were exhausted and just wanted to sleep. (We had had 16 hours of flying as well). However my phone began ringing at 8:30 then 9 and then 10. When I final

I would like to apologize if our service did not meet your expectations. We take pride on providing our guests with a wide variety of award-winning dining and beverage options during their stay with us. the reason we have all-inclusive with surcharges or offer additional items on our menu, is in order to provide our guests with additional choices other than what is included in their All- Inclusive plan. We would like to mention that you can call whenever you need something, like towels, to the extension 6000. Rest assured that your feedback will most definitely assist us in ensuring that we are consistently providing our guests with nothing less than the best, and I do hope that you will give us a chance to redeem ourselves. Warmest regards once again.
