The lobby was great, the rooms definitely need to be updated.

Stayed here while attending a Kings game at Staples. Location is convenient as everything is walkable. The lounge was a nice place to have a cocktail and the staff was friendly.

We had a very pleasant stay at the O Hotel. The area is safe and walkable. The building itself doesn’t provide a view. Our room faced the next building which was under renovation during the daytime hours. So the room was rather dark. But everything was very clean, quiet (in the evening & at night) and comfortable. The staff was very kind & helpful. The restaurant was very good.

There's a $15 a night hidden fee they let you know they charge once you arrive. The bar that was connected to the hotel wouldn't let me sit in the area because they weren't "open" yet. It's a renovated hotel and you can tell. The walls are pretty thin and there's construction going on right outside your window. Wouldn't recommend

the hktel itself is not bad however the queen bed room is quiet small and dark but has the necessities you will require. dont expect class but instead an affordable place to sleep. Be aware that there is currently construction happening next door so prepare for an early morning wake up call when the builders start.

I stayed at the O Hotel for one evening. At 7:29 am the next morning, I was jerked out of bed by jack hammering right outside my window! This was not on the ground below my window; this was literally right outside my window. The noise was appalling! It gave me a migraine, and the smell of the dust filled the room. Naturally, I complained. The manager on staff was very pleasant and stated that they had not been notified about the jack hammering. I was offered a 10% discount and the waiving of the "resort fee." I was then asked if this was satisfactory. Uh... not really! Ok, the best that could be done was a 20% discount. I understand that they may have not known about the jack hammering. I will give them the benefit of the doubt on this. However, that is not my problem. I would still be paying a high price for this tiny room. I was out late only to be jarred out of bed by horrendous noise at 7:29 am. So for my inconvenience, my reward is now I will be paying 20% less for the experience. When I looked out of the window, there was a man literally right in front of my window with a hard hat and ear protection. I could have certainly used that ear protection! Needless to say, this was a very poor experience. Hotels such as the Hilton and Hampton Inn, always guarantee that customers are satisfied with their hotel experience or the stay is free. Hotel O should have comped me that night's stay.

My experience was good - no dissapointments - cool showers

Friendly and helpful staff. In house gym is OK at best, however they offer the use of Gold's Gym approx 1.5 to 2 blocks away. AC in room great. Continental breakfast is fine. Easy walk to Staples center. No onsite parking, parking garage next door, $18.00 for 24 hours however you pay, I believe it was $3.00 per 15 minutes up to $18.00 max. This could get pricey if you plan to be in and out multiple times. Lots of good restaurants around.

The O Hotel offers and affordable room for downtown LA, but aside from that, it left little else to be desired. The rooms are small and under lit. The sheets look like they had seen quite alot of use. The hallways are poorly lit. The maid service didn't come every day. The breakfast offered a very meager selection. The staff was cold and uninviting.

The location was good. The bed was uncomfortable and the room temperature was very hard to control.

Was in close proximity to where we needed to go. Price was fair. Comfortable enough. Staff was friendly. Would stay here again if need be whenever will plan to be in the area.

Hotel was okay but if I was to stay in LA again, I would choose a different hotel. The rooms are small and lighting in the hallway is very dim. On the positive side, it's in a great location.

It was okay. The A/C and Tv did not work the first night, So they changed our room the bed wasn't really that comfy but it was enough for me to knock out.

The hotel looks just like the pictures. Very modern and clean. The staff were friendly and hospitable. There weren't any "surprises" or issues. Very nice stay.

Room small but clean, European feel. Staff from nice to exceptional. Peaceful "private" feeling compared with the large chains.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Staff were always very helpful and very pleasant to deal with. The internet did go out several times and was not as strong as I would have liked. The room was always kept clean and was light and airy. There is no view so just close your curtains but it was very cozy that way. Breakfast was fine - it was continental with cereals, bagels, hard boiled eggs and fruit. I found it perfect. They have a nice bar and restaurant if you want to stay in for the evening. I have no complaints and would definitely stay there again

Stayed here for a short trip to see a lakers game, was in walking distance, great staff, very chic, food and bar was delicious as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone

This was a good hotel pretty good value and close to Staples

The room was fine the bed being the best thing in it. Large, lush and very comfortable. The furniture looks used and the overall feeling is minimal. No bath which was unfortunate but the shower was very powerful so I made the best of it. The maid kept the room spotless during my stay and I really appreciated her care. Concierge, though pleasant, was apathetic and not terribly helpful with answers to questions. I really object to having to pay for internet service on top of the room charge.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, have all restaurants and a nice supermarket just around the corner. And they have a pretty cozy bar area for hanging out. The problems were all about the cleanliness. First got there, we saw a few drops of yellow colored liquid on the toilet seat (something you don't want to imagine). Then in the next morning, I saw a roach creeping on the bath door. The most terrifying thing was, the bath towels were stored right beneath the sink, where the roach was heading toward...I doubt if I'd book another night for these issues.
