Location was good. Hotel rooms are small. Didn’t like the additional $20 charge per night. Breakfast was not worth the additional charge.

The man that checked me in was absolutely fabulous. They made me feel very comfortable and welcome. Definitely recommended.

Enjoyed the stay overall.

The area is very sketchy, I would not go walk around outside at night. The hotel had an oder that gave me a headache. Perhaps this made the room seen dirty. The room was hot, and the air condition control could not be found,

The room was clean and cute. The bed was super comfortable. It took me a minute to figure out the espresso machine and I never did figure out how to turn on the large shower head, but that's a me thing. This is a nice hotel!

The hotel itself is OK. The bedroom had a bad smell the entire time we were there no amount of opening a window or spraying air freshener would hide it. Pretty gross. Terribly understaffed. One of the evenings I called the front desk to ask for an extra towel. First, when the phone was answered the woman was already stressed and overwhelmed. When I told her about the towel she said it would take a moment and that she would tell security. I was a bit confused as to why security needed to be involved? Well security was a person that stands at the from entrance of the hotel which locks and you open with your room key. He had seen me and my friend come in and out of the hotel and tried to make a “funny” comment every time. Uncomfortable… when I asked the doesn’t desk person why security needed to be involved. She, still very overwhelmed, annoyed at me and a tad rude told me that I had chosen go wait until 7pm for this request. And housekeeping was gone and it was only her and the security person in the entire hotel. I feel bad for her that must be very stressful. And separately the security guard had been making us uncomfortable so we were not thrilled at the prospect of him coming up with towels to our room. Of course he made another off putting joke when dropping off the towels. I will avoid this hotel in the future

Terrible service No amenities that were promised

Continental breakfast was advertised but not available. Had to scan room card to get in to hotel. A lot of homeless people right outside

Quick check-in, nice clean rooms, and friendly staff!

The dining area was closed and under construction. This should be posted. The hotel does not have any parking.

Location is convenient downtown. Staff was friendly. What i didn’t like was carpets in the room and no designated smoke area.

Room service on weekends is limited. Ice comes from front desk but takes a while. My experience was an average of an hour or more.

Carpet floor was soaking wet when we checked in. Asked front desk for another room but got put on the same floor with the same problem.

Hotel smells bad. Room dirty, sheets dirty. Carpet dirty. Walks dirty

Nice boutique hotel with European flair. Great bar and kitchen; nice continental breakfast which, with other amenities, is included in a small amenities fee.
