Pleasantly surprised the apt looked exactly as online - Location is terrific, close to Restaurants, Whole Foods, Easy access to Highway- etc. The Internet and Cell service were spotty on the 21st Floor - Housekeeping were not up to par where I would of liked - Other than that I would stay there again -

Love how fast we got our room but could improve service better. I asked to switch rooms and they said they were going to give me a call back soon and never did

Check in was super fast, my suite was upgraded, the rooms were PHENOMENAL! The pool was HUGE and the location was so convenient, you have a bunch of food around the corner and CVS across the street. Staff are extremely friendly and responsive. Perfect stay! Definitely recommend!

It was great!! It was a good stay and the staff there is helpful and friendly.

Excellent location and amenities. This is the only place we have stayed in DTLA since 2017 -about 2-3 stays per year. Staff is attentive and service is excellent - excellent alternative to traditional hotels stays. Much more space and comfort.

The property is very excellent; however, the only one thing is the smell of marijuana from the people coming in/out; especially in the elevator. I understand that it is out of the hotel control.

Level was an amazing property. It felt very luxurious but homey at the same time. It was the perfect home away from home during our vacation. I highly recommend it and next time I come to Los Angeles I will stay here again!
