Rooftop was amazing and unique place, friendly staff

I had booked a king bed room once we got our room, the king bed was small and the room overall was small. The AC didn’t work properly. So I asked management if I could upgrade my room. We got the room with the 4 individual beds... no TV. No blow dryer. No glassware. We went to the pool and it was too crowded from outside guest. Hotel guest should have priority for the pool beds. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. For the same price range you can stay at a way better property.

Rooms were okay- beds not comfortable. The constant megaphone with the protestors outside was awful. And very hard to get in your room if it’s past midnight . Nightmare

First of all I booked the place because I saw the rooftop. The rooftop staff was very rude and unhelpful. Especially Jensie and Leah who treated me like I was the help. I asked Jensie to please have the dirty towels removed from the sun beds from a prior guest before I sit and she looked at me like I was crazy and said she didn’t have any clean and wasn’t sure when any would be available. She also rarely checked on me for food or drinks. Then Leah came about an hour later and told me the same thing, I proceeded to ask her as well to please remove the dirty towels , she replied “ you can take them to the dirty basket yourself next time” then she only took half of them. It took 2HRS to get clean towels. Dominique was a decent server she helped the rest of my stay. I went down to change and came back to enjoy the rooftop bar again rude service. I checked out before midnight. The front desk and bell hops were great and apologized for my inconvenience and truly understood why I was leaving. Not to mention I was hit with a resort fee upon check out . Nothing warned me before hand about this fee. It was a waste of my bday vacation.

Major hassle with the check in required numerous phone calls and way too much time to clear up

Good vibe. Great location. The decor is unique. Great bathrooms.

We like it but staying is expensive... it is not a luxury hotel but to pay 329$ for simple place is a lot (unfortunately we discover that only when arrived )

Great hotel. Loved the decor and overall vibe. Me and 2 friends stayed in a room with 3 bunk beds. There was only 1 sink in the bathroom, think there should’ve been 2 since there were 4 beds. Needed more towels.

Nice hotel, but the rooms are very small definitely not worth what they charged. seen the biggest roach ive ever seen in the breakfast area where the food was sitting out. overall though it was a nice place besides the room size and the roach.

Great location. Cool vibe. Very comfortable. Staff generally awesome, but on one occasion we were made to feel uncomfortable when it was implied that we were sneaking in to take the continental breakfast (muffin and apple) without paying for it after the documentation we were given told us the breakfast was free and the day before we were given a bracelet for access to breakfast by the front desk staff. Apparently, the free breakfast is not for people in private rooms, which I find a little weird given the fact that we paid $250 per night and all the breakfast included was a muffin, apples and cold cereal. It seems to me that they could have let this one slide, or at the very least assumed that we were not trying to sneak in for a free breakfast.

I was very impressed with this hotel. We got a free upgrade, which was very pleasing. The only thing I wished for was better parking. There wasn’t any on site, so I had to pay an e tea $50 for valet. Not so great. But hotel was awesome.

Central location, close to everything. Lots of great food spots!
