Although in many ways rather grand – you’ll spot original details, antiques and impressive accessories aplenty – this home’s living areas still have a welcoming vibe, thanks to dashes of colour and printed soft furnishings. The master bedroom’s a decadent space, with a curtained bed (surrounded by portraits and historied pieces) and a generous ensuite. You’ll find the surrounding streets dotted with local pubs and eateries, and you’re very close to Kensington Gardens. It’s only a seven-minute walk to the nearest tube station, Notting Hill Gate.

- This home is spread over five floors with no internal elevator. The fourth and fifth bedroom are connected with a pocket door in between. The third bedroom is located on the lower ground floor. This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
