Stayed for 4 nights just after new year. Will definitely stay again. Service was excellent and foo was also really very good. Lovely quiet room with good facilities. Location is fantastic for easy access into and around the centre of London. We were at the Natural History Museum within 30 mins of leaving the hotel!
We arrived early and did not expect to be able to check in. We were offered a cup of coffee and check in was very informal, Sasha was very helpful and informed us we were "guests of the day". We were told that our room was not ready yet but would be later. The hotel is well located and so we went out shopping. On our return we had a lovely surprise, our room had been upgraded, we had a plate of macaroons and baby meringues. A full bottle of wine, chocolates and lovely biscuits. We were advised that there was a free mini bar in the room with soft drinks in it as complimentary. We were also given a voucher for free drinks in the bar later. A lady called Noor took us to our room and on the way up I told her we were going to see Hamilton next month, about an hour later there was a knock on our door and she presented me with a copy of a book all about Hamilton and all the songs from the show in it. The book is delightful and I'm enjoying looking through it. The bed was sumptuous, it was so comfortable, there was no noise whatsoever. I must mention the bath sheets, they actually were bath sheets, they were huge, I love it when the towel goes round me and I can relax, so often the bath towels do not cover you up, these were fabulous, also lovely toiletries. Breakfast was served until 12md on Sunday, again faultless. Thank you for making our weekend special.
We stayed as a couple here New Years Eve. We were worried we would be a bit out of the way but that turned out to be great. We did the evening in the West End then could escape the madness to the Andaz and see in the New Year in the rather lovely champagne bar.
Stayed for only one night on a recent business trip but will definitely be back. My room was a large king was very spacious with high ceilings very modern but with an edgy vide. The staff were very attentive and overall a great hotel in London, one of the very best I have stayed in.
Very nice location and neighborhood, i almost felt in a touristic area rather than a business district. Modern and pleasant lobby, clean and neat rooms with free wifi, minibar, coffee and tea. Nice breakfast buffet at the nearby restaurant 1901. Very friendly staff. Online check out available. If I have one comment it would be on the room size, i wish it was slightly bigger. All in all excellent choice for the price charged.
Nice hotel, clean and modern room. Complimentary mini bar was a nice touch! Shame no alcohol in it ;) the plumbing was a problem though.... very loud toilet right next to the bed, sounded like singing water pipes! Other then that a great hotel, on the upper side of cost but excellent service from bar staff and felt welcomed.
A lovely place to stay for a few days, and very convenient for looking around East London. The breakfast was so good- so much variety and everything was delicious. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were very attentive and friendly.
A luxurious hotel with a modern, classy look. Room was great and excellent service from the staff. The previous people in our room rudely checked out late and left the room a mess for the hotel to clean up. The staff apologised to us, tastefully handled the situation and ensured that we were generously compensated for the delay
The room was as expected for an Andaz property, sleeping good at night was a challenge due to outside trains and cars being heard at all hours, and the loud noises coming from bathroom pipes due to the historical age of the property.
I spent three nights at the Andaz Liverpool Street London, and I must say that this an exceptional hotel and in an excellent location, could not have been happier with my London booking. You have set the bar very high for the other Hyatt hotels on my Europe trip. 5 Stars!!!
