I always enjoy my stay here. The rooms are a bit small, but comfortable and clean. The staff is absolutely lovely. Transport close by, as well as all the shopping in canary wharf!

Great for a one night London stay on a budget. Great location with loads of restaurants, bars and fun things to do near by. Walking distance to tube. Room itself was small but comfortable and very clean. No window but we got in late after seeing oasis at Wembley and left early so it suited us.

The room was very clean and well presented. Location is very good as you are a couple of minutes away from a tube station and a selection of food and drink outlets. For our trip it was ideal, we stayed for a weekend and we're out all day each day. If you're looking for a place where you can stay in the room to recharge or relax then this wouldn't be the place for you. The room is tiny. It's basically a bed and a bathroom. You could sit in the lobby but it wouldn't be very relaxing. If you just need a place to sleep then this place will do you perfectly. It takes about 15 - 20 mins get to central London once you're on the tube. You also have the option of the Uber boat which is right by the hotel. If you do stay here, consider visiting Pizza Pilgrim. You won't regret it.

Very friendly welcome and easy check-in. The room was perfect for my short stay (gig at O2) with easy access to Canary Wharf underground, shops and restaurants. It was spotless apart from the non-slip strips in the shower which had fluff stuck to them. The bed was very comfortable although I would have preferred softer, thinner pillows. I would have asked but I got back from the gig very late. So my advice is to test them beforehand! I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were great. The room was snall but cleverly had the essentials needed and was modern and clean. No air conditioning but thankfully not needed in the 2nd week of October. The continental breakfast was nice - super busy with all tables filled when we went to eat; but staff trying to clear tables to seat you. I only had 2 negatives: 1) only 1 pillow; & 2) I was woken by people outside our room (we were in the separate building across the road) as you could hear easily through the Room door, plus we were near the main building entrance door (guests weren't inconsiderate, just making a regular amount of passing noise).
