I liked the access to all of the Canary Wharf shops, the Jubilee Line and the new Elizabeth Line came in very handy when the tube went on strike.

Small room, but clean and conveniently located. Was just what I needed for a weeks stay.

The room was TINY, one couldn’t even walk past each bed the room was that tiny. It didn’t even have the basic amenities such as a box of tissues or a telephone. The room wasn’t even cleaned daily, the customer had to do that themselves. Towels were given daily only if you requested. The liftoffs the hotel was so far off the beaten track that it wasn’t even safe to get there from the Underground train station at night. To check in 2 hrs earlier than check in time because of our flight schedule they changed £25. I am pushed off with Orbitz in general as we got screwed for €168 for our luggage flying from Rome to London as they said that our booking Company Orbitz made the booking that way, Orbitz didn’t even make us aware of that at the time of us booking our vacation. I would never recommend Orbitz to anyone and am going to make a formal complaint with this company as soon as I return to the US!

We apologise for the inconvenience upon your arrival and as we strive to be better every day, we went through our procedure of check in and we have decided to change it for better. Our rooms are indeed space-efficient, however, each and every one is cleverly designed to utilise the minimal space within the room. This allows us to keep our rates highly valuable and competitive for the area. The towels is given on the daily basis, you just need to leave the dirt ones on the floor and the housekeeper will change it for you. Canary Wharf is a very safe area. We hope you will give us a second chance in the future,
