when we returned to the hotel from visit with relatives it was late around 11 or 12 pm the desk clerk made statement to me while I sat in the lobby waiting for my husband to park vehicle she spoke to me as if I was a vagrant I advised her why I was waiting she said good cause if not I would just have you thrown out. And ask for my name.Her attitude was was insulting, ruin my stay.
Brand new renovations, very clean, friendly staff, great breakfast. Would definitely stay here again and recommend

The room was very clean. All room amenities worked-TV-coffee maker-hair dryer ect. The morning breakfast was very tasty and the coffee was excellent. I have stayed in this hotel before and will do so again anytime I'm in the Dallas area.
The hotel was clean, quiet with a good breakfast. Plenty of parking and located right off the interstate. The room was huge! Staff was always attentive and friendly.
the best part of stay was the breakfast options provided. We were very satisfied with the hit options - eggs, biscuits, turkey sausages, bacon and gravy. Staff was friendly and helpful very responsive when refrigerator stopped working.

It was a very comfortable stay. Everything was pretty clean and there were no major issues, apart from a problem with a couple of the cable TV channels. I was offered a room upgrade and some nice consolation items for my trouble, which was appreciated.
Everything was perfect. Close enough to mall restaurants and the concert we were going to. The security deposit caught me off guard but I'm sure it was in the fine print.
The staff was excellent, our maid service superb. We were disappointed with breakfast which was gross, our air condition r was noisy and didn't keep the room cold but the location was perfect... overall our stay was great!
We were enjoying a kid free work trip and the staff was so kind and helpful! I forgot some items and they took care of it immediately. They greeted us by name every time we entered the lobby. The breakfast was delicious and the room was huge. Overall a great stay for a great price. We will be back.
