The house was very clean and welcoming. This also was a nice neighborhood. The neighbor across the street was very friendly. The host was very quick to respond to all of my messages which was great. I really appreciated it! Just an FYI if you have anything sent to the house from Amazon during your stay let the host know ahead of time. We had a slight issue with this. We did cook breakfast every morning. The house does need some baking sheets. Wash rags for the bathrooms would be great. Also some dish cloths would be helpful. Over all this was a great trip. Thank you

Overall it was a decent experience I just wish that there was more supplies for cooking and cleaning etc, the showers were dirty and in the bathrooms there were ants. When you walk around the house your socks would become black due to the floor and this happened the first day or my visit.

Great House

Our stay was great!!My only complaint is that there were no kitchen towels or paper towels to be found. House was very clean and very well taken care of. Would stay here again.

Pretty Good

This is a large house in a quiet residential neighborhood. The bedrooms are comfortable. The kitchen was clean and functional.The theromstat on first floor did not seem to work and house temperature was about 60 at night.Also some strange electrical issues. We kept getting shocked when we touched switches and used outlets or touched closets, etc. Had to reset switch in electrical panel once.

Thanksgiving in Vegas

Beautiful place and plenty of room. Everything we needed was provided. Clean except for the floors could have used a more thorough washing before our arrival. Key pads were non-functional so we couldn’t get into 2 of the locked bedrooms upon arrival but someone came to replace the batteries within an hour. Overall I would still highly recommend.

Nice house for a group

We rented the house to attend a business conference. The bedrooms with own bathrooms were very convenient. Location is not too far off the strip which made it easy to get to our meetings.

Stay Elsewhere - limited to 1500 characters so review is cut off but there are more issues

I was staying at this home for a conference and asked the host if there was a possible early check in time, due to the fact that registration for the conference started at 3 PM. I was informed that there was not because he stated they would need up until the check in time to clean the house. He offered to put our luggage in the garage, however upon arriving to the home early we were not give a garage code to place our items there. I contacted the host on the VRBO app as well as his personal phone and left a voicemail with no response. Whenever our check in time came around the house was not fully clean as there was food in the bottom of the sink, the stove was covered with food splatters and there were dished in the dishwasher. Secondly, that evening we realized there was not enough towels for all of our party at the home. 2 people were not able to shower the first night we were there because the owners did not leave towels for 11 people, despite the listing stating there would be 11 guests. Whenever trying to contact the owner about this issue he did not respond until the next day because he said he had been on a flight. Then our major issue occurred when two of the bathrooms began to have leaks. The shower began leaking water all behind the toilet and another bathroom the sink and toilet were overflowing. Due to the fact that we did not have enough towels to begin with, it was hard to clean up the water with wash cloths and hand towels. Again, the host was not responding

Vegas Weekend - Left Early

The pictures on VRBO made the house look nice on the outside, however, that was not the case. There was weeds all over the entire front and backyards. The inside of the home was really nice! The kitchen had minimal items (and only four coffee cups) to use to cook, eat or drink. Moreover, all five of the bedrooms had the hardest mattresses I have ever slept on and the pillows were flat as pancakes as well. There was only two towels per room. The pool was decent, but there was no chairs or anything outside to sit on while everyone is in the pool. My group did not like the fact that there was a "0:00 pm, No talking inside or outside" in every room and bedroom in the house. Lastly, there was no book or sign that said what we had to do upon leaving. We ended up leaving one night early because the beds were that horrible! So we put all of the trash away in the big trash can and put the towels in the bath tub and left. I would NOT stay here again!
