My five sisters and I aged 60 to 73 stayed in this house for 1 week. It was an absolutely perfect spot. It has a large kitchen where everyone can gather as well as prepare meals. The house has all the kitchen gadgets you could possibly need as well as a full spice rack. It also now has an outdoor kitchen! Everything about this house is top notch!

The Property is exactly what you see on Vrbo it beautiful and was very clean. Chole was wonderful always made sure we was comfortable the hold time. All I can say is the place was amazing I will definitely stay again.

Great attention to detail!

This property was the perfect base for our trip. The property was well-appointed with comfortable beds and a well-stocked kitchen. Given the near-record heat during our stay, we really appreciated the pool and pool toys. We appreciated the attention to small details throughout the property, for example the inclusion of towel hooks between the back door and the pool, and the filtered water tap in the kitchen. The location is very convenient, with just a short drive to entertainment on the strip, but it is also a quiet neighborhood close to grocery stores, Target, etc. Chloe was very responsive, and when a question came up in the middle of the trip, she was quick to respond and to give us assistance. Overall a great property and a great host!

Incredible place!!

We were there for a seminar so we had our team of with us so a total of 5 adults. This was such a great place totally remodeled on in the inside. The pool looks really nice, we didn't use we were gone all day. It was not heated but we didn't ask to heat it. The owners were amazing with all questions and so helpful. It is an older neighborhood but had no issues super quiet and peaceful. Will stay here again and again!! The interior is beyond beautiful and the beds are super comfy felt brand new!!

Perfect home in Summerlin

Chloe and Paul are fantastic hosts who went the extra mile to accommodate everything you would ever want and need in a home away from home. Not only did they have every countertop appliance wanted (i.e. air fryer, blender, etc.) snacks were abundant and they had the most adorable and versatile coffee/tea station. There is a beautiful sunk-in living room where I could meditate, practice yoga, read, and have my morning coffee. The layout of the home made my morning routine seamless. Every bedroom had more than enough bedding and even the number of towels available in each bathroom was carefully thought out. Beauty amenities such as hair and body care were also provided to make the stay as accommodating as a hotel while the decor provided a cozy and homey atmosphere. I would highly recommend this perfectly laid out 3-bedroom house that sleeps at least 8 with a beautiful open kitchen, large seating areas and a fantastic yard with a pool. I will be sure to reserve this perfect home in Summerlin again.
