It was nice to have a kitchen and a fridge for my stay in Vegas. Uber pickup is super easy. The view was great, and check in was straightforward. If you want to stay away from the madness of a casino, this is a great option! Would stay again!

Excellent! This place is quiet and slightly removed from the noise and chaos of the strip, but close enough for walkable access to it, as it's connected by indoor walkway to the MGM Grand.It's also very close to the southernmost station of the monorail which I highly reccomend using if you don't have a car or use rideshare and plan to walk everywhere like I did.It had all the comforts of home like a kitchenette, refridgerator and cooking utensils. I highly enjoyed the jetted tub and the awesome balcony view of the window.The owner provided detailed instructions for check-in and out and kept in touch throughout my stay which was nice and I appreciated.

We had a great time in Vegas! Accommodations were perfectly located to my conference festivities. We had a studio which was perfect size with a refrigerator, microwave, blender. Even came equipped with glasses, mugs, utensils. The host was very diligent with communicating all details before, driving and after. If I had a question, I got a response almost immediately. I’d definitely stay here again

We enjoyed it. It was very clean and convenient location to the south side of the strip. Easy 10 minute walk access to MGM casino. We rented a car for a couple days and had no trouble parking in the valet during the week. Would've just been nice to have a couple of chairs and a table on the patio.

Spring break trip

Location was great - easy access to monorail and the strip. The pool at the signature was very quiet and not too busy. The room had a great view and was exactly as advertised. Check in and checkout was simple and valet parking was free. Would definitely stay again!

Exactly as advertised. Matt and Nate sent all info in advance insofar as check in, what to expect and checkout matters. Everything was exactly as they explained. Great location, 10 min walk to things in the MGM, monorail access, etc. Easy rideshare pickup location, etc. will def stay again!

First stay in Vegas

From what we were told this is the perfect time of the year to visit if you don’t want it too cold or too hot. The weather was perfect and our room was too. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was large enough to shower with your spouse at the same time, if you chose to.

Exceeded my expectations

I was staying in this unit for 12 days during my permanent move to Las Vegas. The unit was exactly as shown in the listing, had plenty of amenities, and the checkin/checkout/valet were seamless. Matt and Nate were amazing hosts who handled all of my requests on a timely basis and in a professional manner. The location back from the strip was great as I could walk to plenty of restaurants, shops, and TMobile arena yet going back, it was nice and quiet. I would definitely stay at this unit again if needed or other units owned by this host.

Was a great place to stay and all staff was very nice to talk with. Always willing to answer questions on how to get to places from the hotel. Awesome view. Could hear folks in other room from the hallway but not once in the room! Recommend it to any one to stay! Thanks again!

Great location!

The room was comfortable and clean. Having the ability to see the strip but not be right on it was wonderful. The view from the balcony at night was amazing. I loved the location, quick access to the monorail, and other resorts. Being next to the main MGM offered to opportunity to have the amenities of a large resort, yet being able to slip away to the quietness of your own private condo was the icing on the cake!
