Great Location

This was our first time staying at MGM Signature. The condo was great with a great location. There is a full kitchen and jacuzzi tub and it was very quiet. We were there 4 nights but there was only coffee supplied for 1 morning. We bought our own coffee but then also had to buy filters, paper towels and dishwasher detergent as there was none provided. It was a little frustrating to have the kitchen but then no way to wipe things down or clean up after eating other than using the bathroom linens. I would stay there again but would just toss a few of those things in my luggage next time. The valet parking was super convenient and we had no issues.

Excellent Property

This unit in Signature Tower/MGM is in great shape. It has a remarkable view of the airport and is a great place to be quiet away from the noise and activity on the Strip.

Enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend.. We weren't interested in staying in a hotel so this was the ideal spot for us. It was connected to the MGM Grande so easy walking access to the strip, etc. There was also a Starbucks in the building which was a great convenience as the coffee maker and coffee in the unit are worthless. Our view was spectacular overlooking the airport but we never heard the airplanes so it wasn't an issue because that could have been annoying. My only rec is to replace the carpeting. Was really nasty.

Perfect spot! Close but quiet!

Really enjoyed our stay. Fabulous views! Closest tower to MGM. Easy to Uber in and out. Spacious place, especially for two. Super comfy bed. Kitchen is not for cooking (very nice appliances, minimal cooking tools), but who cooks in Vegas?! We will definitely stay again!

First time in Vegas

Stay was great. The second bathroom shower door did not open and we called the front desk but they didn’t fix it until the last day we were there. The sofa had a urine smell but overall we enjoyed our stay

Great room, cozy stay

Love the location, the full sized fridge and microwave for our leftovers and multiple contact messages from the property manager were comforting. To no fault of the owner, the suite was really affected by the recent epidemic of moths in Vegas. That was the only downside, but again they are everywhere all over the city so we tried to keep the balcony door closed at night. Will definitely be trying to stay in this room for our next visit and crossing fingers the moth epidemic is over soon!

Amazing Place

The place was amazing! It was so clean, spacious and conveniently located. The view from the balcony was really nice and you can see Las Vegas really well. The owners were great and very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

Our stay in Vegas exceeded our expectations. This property was well maintained. Loved having a fully stocked kitchen. The check-in and checkout process was seamless. Stellar follow-up from the property manager. View of the strip was a bonus. Ample space for a small family. Will definitely book again!

Nice view

Large suite with 1 separate bedroom and massive ensuite bathroom..Full kitchen and comfortable furniture and a balcony as well which overlooks the pool..Few minor deficiencies like 1 faucet leaking in ensuite but with 2 sinks it wasn’t problem… Matt was excellent to work with and check in and out was seem less…Will stay again..
