There was a 2 hour delay getting into our room. we called the company that own the room and they will be reimbursing us some money.

hotel was everyting we needed, short walk to the strip, room had everything we needed.great value for the price.

Perfect location, wonderful staff, apartment type room. Comfy bed. Movies and popcorn offered by hospitality was a nice surprise. We love the Jockey Club and hope to stay again.

Arrived really late and left early in the morning so didn’t have an opportunity to use anything. I thought with it being the 8th floor we would have a nice view of Vegas but the only view out of our big two windows was a giant casino wall. I was surprised how big the room was. The full kitchen is nice and everything throughout appeared clean except for the carpeting which is worn and torn in several places. Parking is confusing since you have to park at the cosmopolitan in a designated area. I would probably stay here again especially if I planned on staying more days.

Everytime I’ve stayed here its always been great. Rooms are spacious and clean. Thank you for everything and I will be staying here again.

This was an excellent choice for a group of 6 adults that wanted to enjoy walking and enjoying the heart of the strip and provided a home base for also exploring Lake Mead, Hoover Dam and many other driving destinations in and around Las Vegas. Had a wonderful time.

We loved our stay at the Jockey Club. It was close to everything and the parking lot was convenient!

Older time-share/hotel backed up right against the Cosmopolitan. Great location, great price, friendly and helpful staff, but very old furnishings.

Great location on the strip. Perfect room size to relax. We’ve stayed here before and will stay here again!

Excellent location, short walk inside to cross to Cosmopolitan. Much cheaper then Cosmopolitan. Large room with kitchen and living room - No Shuttle from the Airport and staff was surprised I asked. - small pool. Not great for swimming but rather to hide away from the crowd in a quiet place

Fantastic check-in process, quick and convenient. Staff was super helpful. Free popcorn and donuts...and coffee, too. Rooms were clean and location was perfect. Great choice all the way around. We were able to use the Cosmo pools, which was awesome, too!

Best location .. You can walk every where you want go on the strip . Apt are spacious , great helpful staff and good amenities . Safe for everyone .

I booked my room thru orbits to stay at this hotel and had requested the room to be non smoking. The day I arrived and checked in as soon as I went up to room and opened the room it smelled a lot like cigarette penetrated. I complained to staff about it and the hotel staff said that they couldn't do anything about that since I booked thru orbitz. I said why should that be a problem if I should get what I requested. They didn't make no effort to give me a different room. All they did was send staff to put an ionizer which did nothing. This was the worse experience in going to Vegas. I had never had this happen when previously going to Vegas. I would really appreciate it if something were done about this previous experience. I was not happy .

This is a good place to stay if you don't want to spend extra $$.

The price was originally what drew our attention. I wouldn’t say it was a lot cheaper than others but the size of the room was a bit bigger than a lot of hotel rooms and the fact it was more like a condo having the full kitchen. We were able to go to the store and pick up some things so we didn’t have to eat out every meal. The rooms are clean but they are dated. The bed was comfortable but I am sure the couch would have been a dread to sleep on. There was a gap at the bottom of the doorway that was about ¾ of an inch. Anybody making any noise in the hallway, you heard it. That said, people were mostly quiet. Pool is small. Fitness room is alright, has a few weight machines, treadmills and elliptical. It states it has wifi. I could see the network and connect to it but my phone would not allow me to access the internet deeming it “unsafe”. I had the password but I just couldn’t get it to work. Neither of our phones worked on it. Might depend on your phone or maybe have better luck with a computer. The view was of a brick wall of the Cosmopolitan. I had anticipated this while booking the room though. I knew we were not going to be in the room a terrible amount of time so I was ok with this. All in all we are still happy with how our room turned out. The staff was friendly, the elevators were always quick. You park in the Cosmopolitan parking garage which seems to have plenty of available parking. Right near the middle of the strip at a reasonable price.

the unit is ok, but overall needs updating, carpet is worn, but you are able to walk to several casinos within a good distance.

The hotel is centrally located on the Vegas strip. We had a spacious two bedroom that meet all our needs. The view is not good where we stayed, back in the Derby tower, but we weren't there to stay in the room. My only complaint is that the booking was listed as one king and two queens but we had one king, one queen and a sofa sleeper in the living room. We were expecting the second bedroom to have two queens.

The room was very nice. Unless you wanted to go to the Cosmopolitan, however, it was difficult to walk to anywhere else on the strip.

Great location on the Strip more or less attached to the Cosmopolitan and next to the Bellagio. Free parking in Cosmopolitan garage with direct elevator to the Jockey Suites. Apparently these are time-share apartments. But we were not asked to attend any kind of sales pitch. We had a one bedroom apartment with a separate bedroom, living room and full kitchen. View of a wall, but we were only really there after dark so it didn't matter. Even though we only stayed one night after a trip to national parks we bought some breakfast items in their convenience store and were able to prepare our own breakfast before going to the airport to fly home. We had to run a gauntlet of outdoor smokers to get to the lobby. It was then quite a trek to the elevators to a different building to get to our room. But we got the hang of it. The elevator from the parking garage takes you to another empty parking area where the quickest way to the Jockey Suites lobby is across that space and through their convenience store. Not exactly a luxurious atmosphere. But I suppose for that you can walk next door to the Bellagio without having to pay Bellagio room prices. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful.
