We checked into our room. Then someone tried to access and said it was theirs was not. We had do not disturb sign and housekeeping knocking loudly EARLY. Next our refrigerator, coffee machine or phone was not working. We complained but nothing happened. Did not receive any reduction in our room rate. Worst experience will never rent here again!! No manager ever came up and apologized!!!

Truck was stolen literally from the front parking lot At the hotel but yet they sure do charge for parking everyday room smelt like bleach the entire time it was such a nightmare and staff was somewhat helpful but nothing compared to losing our truck ?
