This resort was the perfect location for a non-gambling trip to Las Vegas with my kids. We were upgraded to a larger Suite when we checked in, which was a really nice surprise. I really like that there was covered parking, as it kept our car cool even in 105° heat. The kitchen and the living room were very spacious, and the bedrooms were nice size. Both had walk-in closets and their own bathroom. It was nice and quiet, and we never heard our neighbors while we were inside. My kids especially loved the pool. There was a separate pool for adults only, so it was nice that they had the larger pool to splash and play in with other kids at the resort. There were lots of shaded areas to hang out poolside, Which made it very comfortable even in the middle of the day. I couldn't be more happy with where we stayed on our Las Vegas vacation.

This is a time share unit that rents out extra rooms when available. Its just like having a home away from home! Comfortable well appointed rooms. Great location about a mile west of the strip. Close to everything! Nice pool area. I'm not a gambler, so no smoky casino was a plus for me. This was my 2nd time staying here and it was just as nice as the 1st time. I highly recommend it and will stay there again if I get the opportunity.

My family stayed at your resort during our wedding weekend. They reported nothing bad at all. We spent the day at your location relaxing at the pool with our kids. Had a wonderful day with a cookout, etc. the only drawback I had was the separation of pools. Our son is 13 and not having him with the rest of the family or family having to be divided to spend time together...not happy about that

Room was very nice. Close to a major street but traffic noise was minimal

Excellent staff-friendly, helpful when asked questions. The Desert Paradise Resort was clean, well maintained, and set up to accommodate a stress free vacation. The room was well appointed with separate bedroom, functional and well appointed kitchen, in-room washer and dryer, comfortable living area and kitchen, and a private patio. Overall experience was excellent. The Resort provided a computer facility that allowed the printing of boarding passes at the end of our stay. The air conditioning worked well, keeping the room very comfortable. Should we decide to return to Las Vegas for another vacation, the Desert Paradise Resort will be the first place we try for reservations. Excellent experience.

Great staff! Family friendly! Quiet and clean! One of my favorite in Las Vegas! I stay here when I bring the kids

Loved everything about this place. And it wasn't that far from the strip. Easy access via shuttle or Uber. The only complain I had was the carpet was dirty in our condo. Other than that we would definitely stay again!

Nice stay went for PAC-12 men's basketball tournament

Good suite. Staff was nice and friendly. Stayed just for night time ,did not use any amentities.

There nothing else to say. Me & my family love it. The only place we will stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities, especially the pool area. The "concierge" was not nearly as pushy as some at other membership resorts we have stayed at!

Very enjoyable and comfortable stay. Very clean. Bedding was really nice.

hotel was great for a weekend getaway. differently coming back.

We didn't want all the busyness of the strip, And this place was perfect! Just far enough away, but still close to everything! Large rooms with everything needed! Just like having your own vacation home! full kitchen and laundry room, nice pool area, clean, quiet! what more could you need? No Food on site, but close restaurants and of course with the full kitchen you can save a little and do your own cooking! They do try and get you to sit through a time share spill, But I was able to avoid it! and the wireless internet was a bit sketchy in spots, But that was so minor! Overall Lovely place! would do it again in a heartbeat!

Good travel hotel. My guess is that these were condos that couldn't get sold a top. They are well maintained and very spacious. Good for a family passing through.

Everything was right in arms reach. Staff very helpful, and amenities were awesome. I'll book all my trips to las Vegas and stay at the desert paradise resort.

We've stayed here at least 20 times over the years. The accomodations are well appointed, and provide more room and comfort than standard hotel rooms. The following units are prone to more noise than others....ground floor (footsteps from above), buildings facing Decatur Blvd, Reno Ave, and the strip mall adjacent (where people sometimes congregate outside the sushi restaurant). I have noticed the last few trips that some "marginal types" are renting units. It's not an intolerable situation, but a bit concerning. On our last visit, the police were summoned, and arrested someone. I was told upon check-in that the gate codes had been changed twice in the last month.....so obviously there have been some interlopers into the complex lately. One other issue.....the staff in and around the registration tend to be gabby amongst each other. It's excessive. At night, when the security guy should be patrolling the property, he spends his time commiserating with the front desk person. They need a stronger general manager to straighten out some of these issues....including picking up litter on the grounds. All in all though.....this is a great value, and a great place to stay. One caveat....it is not convenient for someone without transportation to the strip. Orleans Casino is a 15-20 minute walk....but the places on the strip down Tropicana (like MGM) would take about an hour or so (depending on your physical condition).

This place is amazing! It is close enough to the strip for convienence, but far enough for quietness and safety. The resort was like home away from home. We went to the grocery store that is just around the corner and saved so much money by eating at the resort. Upon checking in, ask for a list of the free things to do in Vegas. Also, the only negative I can think of, is there is no early check in.
