It was a great hotel loved it. The TV didn't work the first night but it got fixed

The staff was lovely and polite. Tapas restaurant was fantastic. My TV wouldn't change channels and I asked three times over three day stay if they could fix it and the telephone but neither were fixed by the time I checked out. My room was not cleaned on my last day there and I have no idea why. Decor is so cool and unique. Valet parking was quick with car retrieval.

Totally comfortable and clean. Very accommodating and visually stunning. Everything is excellent except the male bartenders attitude towards other males. He was rude, pompous and snotty towards my husband. There was no need for him treating my husband inferior or smugly just because he asked if they could make a drink that he wasn't sure they had the alcohol to. We left and didn't go back to the bar. Rather buy from a liquor store and do it myself than endure his nasty attitude!

Walking in the lobby was nice.. Thats where any nice words about this hotel end. We asked where the bar was when we check in and was told it was closed for a private swingers club event. I expressed to them my frustration that I paid for this hotel because they advertise a nice bar and would not have stayed otherwise and they just stared at me. I then asked what time the pool opened and the answer was "in the morning".. I was then told it would be $40 per person to use the pool and that it was clearly listed on the website which I still don't see. I could not believe a hotel would rent their bar out knowing hotel guests had no where else to drink and charge for their only pool so I got angry. The manager said to me "it doesnt seem like you want to be here so why dont you just go find a room some where else.. this is at midnight on friday night as my girlfriend and I had 4 bags and were extremely tired. We decided to stay the night and check out the next morning but the room only got worse. The pillows felt like they had been saturated in water and twisted before drying sort of like sleeping on a knotted rope in a pillow case. The bed matress was bent, yes bent so that you had to hold on to each other or feel like you would roll off each side of it. Lastly the floors were gross and left a weird stain on the bottoms of both of our socks.

Disgusting accomodations, rude staff and clothing optional. I did not know about the naked pool party that started at 12 am through 9 am and the music was so loud that I had to leave and find a hotel at 1 am.

This place is not very clean. They keep it dark to hide the dirt. Bring your own sanitary wipes and clean the room, sink, and door handles. Also, double lock your door.

The hotel is dark and has a Gothic feel. The bed was suposed to be a king, it was a queen at best. The carpeting is dirty and the furnishings need updating.

We booked this hotel largely due to the description of the pool. However, the first day of our stay, the pool was filled with dirt and plant debris. When we asked about this at the desk, we were told the pool is only cleaned every other day. The next morning, the water had been cleared as promised. However, the sheets on the beds surrounding the pool had not been changed and there are no chairs available to sit on. We went out for the day and when we returned at 3pm the sheets had still not been changed from the night before. I inquired at the desk and they agreed to send someone out. The staff person who came out only changed the sheets on one bed for us. I informed him that none of the beds had been changed since the night before. He looked at the bed next to us, which was obviously stained with dirt and oil, and said, "Gross," then walked out without fixing the problem. In contrast to the hotel advertisement, there was no food service at the pool. In addition, although water was supposed to have been available every day in our hotel room, this was not provided and we had to ask daily. Ultimately, we received a refund for two of our three nights due to these problems.

- Stayed for a night and checked out next day - Dark, different,... and the rooms are creepy - Hotel ran random charges on my credit card. Called and asked them why. They said they had no idea what the charges were for. - Rooms didn't look very clean. Had to sleep with my clothes on. - Rolled up sheets (or might have been a pillow) stuffed in one of the closets' shelves. Did not care to examine it. - They said it would be loud. It was. Bass boosted/House/Techno/Rave music all night long till 5 am. - Stains on carpet

Rooms were clean. 2 cons, 1- the lifting in the rooms are dim (intentionally) so it was hard to get ready with 4 women needing light; 2- there was no ice machine on any of the floors, you have to go to the bar and ask for ice.

Very nice very unique hotel. The rooms are named after different artists and there is art everywhere. Most importantly it's dog friendly. They have free parking - unheard of in Vegas. It's pretty far from the strip though and can be hard to get to the first time.

It is a adult hotel with very unique decoration, great adult loudge and techno music...cheers

Very cool - off the beaten path yet close to everything by car or cab.

I love the night life. Plus the staff was awesome.. Andre was super cool he knows all the hot spots and food places

Aloha The period that I stayed (mon-Tuesday) the hotel didn´t have any activity. This is an all night party hotel not a family inn. But for the value it was well worth. Cheers

The only deduction is for the carpet. I think in my room at least it needed to be replaced. I loved the decor and the cozy feel of the bar.

Beautiful lobby a day sitting areas. The staff were nice and respectful.

Great had an issue with the booking tome and date but was taken care of.easy drive to vegas strip. Would stay again.

Love this place, everytime we get a chance to stay here.

I was going to stay just 1 night, but after walking in I knew I'd be staying longer. The people were nice, the room was clean, and the water was always hot. It's a 4 star hotel with a 2 star price.

I apologize you were displeased. I would like to mention that we in no way allow nudity in the public areas of our hotel. We do have a European pool that is top optional but that is during daylight hours only.
