I think the parking was too expensive but other than that, the staff was great. The valet guys were always friendly. Bar/restaurant staff was always nice and fast. We had a great visit. Would recommend.

Everything was nice. Unfortunately the cocktails at the bar were awful.
Not worth the price. We paid just over $300 a night for a Friday and Saturday. Hallways are run down and dingy. Our bathroom was not acceptable. Shampoo, body wash, and tissues were out, the shampoo and wash were brought up upon request but left outside. Shower had a lot of mildew, and the curtain was very stained. The shower was dripping loudly and actually kept us awake. Our complaint on these items was not responded to. Sheets on the bed had black marks on them. Not a good experience, but location is good as was the bar.
The location of the hotel is great! walking distance to the Flats, Playhouse Square, State square and many historical museums/buildings. Lots of options for food and drinks. The room was spacious and clean. We had a big safety issue with our room, however multiple requests to front desk staff went unfulfilled despite multiple complaints until we talked with a manager named Is'is that was very helpful and timely.
