Missy was great and friendly at check in. The room was clean and the building was quiet.
Somewhat less expensive than other hotels. We asked for non smoking room and after given a dirty smoking room we had to request to be moved to another non smoking room to receive a clean non smoking room. We had to lug our luggage back down the stairs into a new room . We were not offered help and were treated as though we had inconvenienced the staff for asking for what we had originally reserved. We were told we would have to wait because there were several other people in line for rooms at that time.
The hotel was ok the only issue was roaches but all in all it was a nice size room

I like the hot breakfast complimentary. It would have been nice to be able to take your food back to your room. I did not like the fact that the hotel had roaches. my cleaning lady was wonderful every single time super nice lady. The hotel in itself did not feel extremely safe even though the video surveillance was there. it seemed like there was a lot of extra activities going on when the sun went down. I don't think I'll be staying at the Baymont Inn again. I do appreciate Sam working with me in regards to letting me free stay after my checkout date and allow me to get my reservation situated.

We always stay here, the staff is great , I love the sweet young lady at the desk. The pool is nice I have never met a guest that wasn’t kind and it is quiet. Nice and clean rooms, will always stay here.
I really enjoyed my stay elle in customer service was awsome. I loved breakfast. The pool was nice and clean, i enjoyed my morning swim. I will be signing up for there rewards program.
Because we were down in Florida for a family funeral, I asked to be put near our daughter. The staff was kind enough to put us in the two rooms next-door to each other!! The breakfast area is small but they have a fair amount of choices. My suggestion would they make the dining area just a little bit bigger.
Nothing unique but low rate and comfortable. I would stay there again and would recommend it for a low budget room.

The outside of the facility was in terrible condition but our room seemed to be recently updated so I feel they’re making improvements that it just takes time
