Hallway and room smelled like urine, floors were filthy, tons of dirt under rug. Hotel was dated, valet was $45 a night plus tax. Security questioned whether I belonged in the hotel, talk about adding insult to ROBBERY. Place is washed, won’t be back, or recommend.

My stay was amazing with such beautiful and spacious rooms! I loved how the hotel reached out to me before my stay and offered upgrades. My plans did change last minute, and being able to updrade to a 2 bed was perfect. The staff was extremely helpful as well. I will definitely return when I plan to visit Houston!

Very nice hotel!

The hotel has great food/beverage options. The Buffalo Bayou coffee shop was simply awesome. The customer service was excellent. The hotel is also in close proximity to the baseball arena as well as other restaurants. It was very easy to get around.

Hands down one of the best experiences I have had with a hotel. John, Kelvin, Sal and so many more made our stay absolutely memorable. We are so appreciative for everything the staff did, helped with and facilitated during our stay. It was our first time in Texas, and guaranteed they have a guest for life when we return. Hotels endlessly emails you and about this that and the next thing, including "must do" emails about checking in online, so you do their work for them. Totally over the top and clutters your inbox before, during and after your stay. Hotel itself was average, a bit dreary in the corridors, worse in the pool, and no bar open in the afternoon. It's just OK.
