Room was spacious, clean, and I loved that it has a full service kitchen. Property was quiet. Only drawback was the pool was closed. Staff was fast and friendly. Would recommend this place to friends and family.

I paid $85 to stay at basically a homeless shelter. When I arrived a man tried opening my door. I pulled away & called Orbitz sharing my safety concerns. After 40 minutes on the phone, they did nothing. I booked another hotel.
Clean, amazing, and overly exceeded my expectations. I hate hotels, I prefer one day trips just to avoid them, yet I loved it here so much I did not want to go home!!! Wouldn’t stay anywhere else next time I go to Houston
We booked our stay at "Sonesta ES Suites Houston - Clear Lake" based on the reviews and the pictures. But nothing close to the pictures matched in terms of cleanliness and room conditions. We checked late in the night(1AM) and when we entered into the room, it all smelled like someone just smoked pot. The carpet looked all dirty and stained like cigarette burnt. Since we all were so tired from the drive we settled down to sleep and the bed and the sheets smelled like rotten milk. It was horrible night. Next morning I had to exchange with another room, which was some what better in terms of carpet and bed. The pictures show full course breakfast and when we asked they said it is all "Grab n Go' breakfast (Apple/Orange,Water,Granola Bar/Muffin).But for the price we paid, our friends booked a very nice and much much cleaner hotel(Homewood Suites) next to this. Horrible experience. Orbitz should not even be recommending or taking reservations for this hotel we believe. It was definitely a bad idea on our part to rely simply on 3-star rating provided by Orbitz. Shame on you Orbitz.
The room was ok, but the main issue we had were the exterior doors. The room itself was clean the only issue was the dated toilet/shower room.
Very clean. Felt like I got more than I paid for with the kitchenette and A+ hot continental breakfast. Attendant at front desk was also very nice and professional.
Stay was worth it. Will be coming back for sure...
Awesome staff Ravie & Britney ... both were polite, professional, and kind. They made sure we could check in late and get settled after a very long drive from New Orleans. Also the room is immaculate and completely configured for a family. Thank you for making sure we had everything we needed for a restful night before continuing our trip back to San Antonio TX.
This was the first time experiencing a Sonesta property. I was a little reluctant because of this; however with so many positive reviews I decided to give them a try. I'm so glad that we did.
Stayed here with my son for the weekend at JSC. Close to restaurants and Starbucks! Tons of room. Very comfortable and clean. He enjoyed the hot tub and breakfast. I enjoyed the layout, it’s basically your own apartment.
We had a very nice stay at Sonesta Suites. The room was wonderful. Couple things could have been better. If you are in building 18 you will experience three minutes in the evening of a very loud vibration coming from the pump/valve room. It seems like an unnaturally loud sound. Also we had to ask to have our dispensers filled in the shower. Everything else was really nice. Very spacious and comfortable room. Very convenient location - right next to Starbucks.
