The room clening
This hotel managed to screw up almost everything. I arrived after midnight and nobody answered the phone for half an hour, so I was stuck at the airport wondering what to do. Surly check-in guy (who was also the shuttle driver) didn’t tell me when breakfast was and there’s zero information in the room, so I missed the free breakfast. Got downstairs for my 10am shuttle and was told that it’s 30-40 minutes late. (This is at an *airport* hotel, mind you.) On the bright side, the room was very clean and perfectly fine. Still, this place gets 10 out of 10 for mind-bogglingly unforced errors.
Dirty, loud, screaming children, loud fighting. No trash can in the hotel room. Horrendous. I’m horrified. And here with my daughter. Terrible that this is rated as a good hotel. I will never trust any of your reviews again. And you have worked hard to force me to re-do this one as well by rejecting it. You won't accept my negative review. No wonder you have misinformation posted on your site.

The property is conveniently located near the airport which helps with making your flight on time. There needs to be a sort of noise curfew. I was awaken at 2 am because my neighbor had the tv up loud for some reason.
For 3 star hotel, Room smelled like mold and AC was not cooling properly. Very bad experience of the room
Was charged a $25.00 service fee for a service animal even though the reservation said service animals were not charged
Shuttle seervice and the amall breakfast were great. It was a great deal for the money.
Arrived and were told the airport shuttle van was in the shop for repairs. No offer of an Uber/taxi voucher. At a minimum, seems like you would have worked out a deal to share the shuttle of the Best Western next door. We would not have stayed here if we knew this, and will not stay again.
Upon entering the assignment room, the bed was not made, trash was all over the room, it was obvious the room was not cleaned from the previous client and the desk clerk was completely unaware.. the surrounding just did not seem safe.. I will not use this place again.
Very quiet property
Close to the airport and provides shuttle service with great chauffer (John). Friendly check-in process and quite roomy. The only opportunity would be the A/C, which functions well but it's a bit loud. We had to turn it off at night so we can sleep.
Staff were so accommodating & helpful! David & John responded quickly & made sure any needs were met even with our late arrival.
