So so experience

The room was average however the property wasn’t in the best condition, house keeping was very difficult to get ahold of, and the amenities where all closed or under repair during 2 week stay. The good part was the continental breakfast offered some variety when available

Zynns on the ceiling

The first room we went into smelled like an ashtray. However, they were very fast and accommodating to get us in a new room. When we asked the front desk to change, they had a list on a notepad of rooms that needed to be cleaned again. On the way to our room, we were in the elevator with the manager. He was on the phone speaking to the cleaning ladies about how another room had very stained towels and sheets. My husband went to take a shower and the shower door handle fell off. Upon closer inspection, we saw that it was held on by toilet paper that had been molded to the door. We walked into the room we noticed what looked like command strips on the roof. My husband and I purchased Clorox wipes because every surface was grimy and when we went to take the “command strips” off the roof we saw that they were zynns pouches. There were also stains covering the carpet and walls. The blankets, however we’re clean. Overall, not very satisfied with our stay.

The day was terrible we lost power. Nobody informed us of anything had to use our flashlights from our phone. Left my food in the refrigerator and some other drinks. They were suspicious people in and out of the parking lot. I did not feel safe in that location. I will never stay at that location ever again They didn’t even get to eat my complementary breakfast because
