The living area includes ample plush seating, an array of board games, and a 55-inch TV. The fully equipped kitchen provides ample counter space to prepare meals and beach snacks. When you’re ready to eat, gather at the two dining tables with seating for eight. Find privacy in the suite, outfitted with a king bed, TV, and a private lagoon-facing balcony. The en suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The private second suite has a queen bed, twin bed, and a TV. The en-suite bathroom contains a tub/shower combination. A half bath on the first floor adds convenience.

THINGS TO KNOW A sofa bed is included. There are no elevators in the buildings. This property is managed by Vacasa Vacation Rentals of Hilton Head Island LLC. The lap pool, kiddie pool, and tanning shelf will close on the evening of October 29, 2023, and re-plaster work begins on October 30. The hot tub will close on the evening of November 24. (Due to the re-plaster work, there may be times when the hot tub is not available.) All pools are scheduled to re-open on March 2, 2024 (date subject to change due to construction).
The heaters for both the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. The heaters will be turned back on in the fall, depending on the weather.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 1.

Great week
We had a wonderful week. Weather was perfect. The u it was wonderful, too. Our only complaint was the mattress in the master bedroom. It was way too soft. There were no batteries in two of the remotes. I called Vacasa in the first day we were there and they said someone would bring it right over. They never did. Overall it was a great stay, and if a new mattress is purchased, we will be back!

This property is a very short walk to a great beautiful beach!!!! The beach was perfect.
The property needs a major updating and deep cleaning!! Master bed very uncomfortable. Showers had mold in them, was very disappointed on the unit!!

Guest bedroom and kitchen had bugs, master bathroom shower curtain was molded and toilet did not flush properly, had uninvited guests barged into the condo without knocking and barely spoke English, come to find out they were the cleaning crew that came on the wrong day.
