We had a great stay overall. The place was clean, well-kept, and priced fairly for the location, which made it a really good value. The space itself is on the smaller side, with pretty tiny rooms but comfortable beds, and the AC temperature was great, which made it comfortable throughout our stay. It could use some updating in spots, but the property amenities were a highlight — the tennis and pickleball courts were really nice, the pools were great (though not heated), and there’s a pretty ocean view that we really enjoyed. The beach chairs could use some improvement, as they weren’t in the best condition. Overall, a solid option that’s especially good for families looking for something clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced near the beach with great amenities.

Great location

We had to change locations to here after an issue with our previous condo due to an AC malfunction. I only wish we had found this place originally. The location is perfect, less than a minute walk to the beach. It is one of the view places that give you a view of the ocean from the balcony. The communication with host was excellent and she was very accommodating, knowing our situation of having to move condos, and allowed us to occupy very early in the day with short notice. The condo has everything you need with a fully equipped kitchen. The coffee maker is a drip style so don't buy pods. The balcony was very sandy, which I think was contributed to the previous renter not cleaning the beach equipment off very well after use. The second bedroom is fairly small with two beds in it, but is perfect for what you need it for. Overall the place was perfect, minus showing small signs of use. The TV set up was difficult to figure out regarding the Roku, as we could not figure out local or live tv. The complex is very nice and is great for familes. They have a main pool area where they show a movie on Tuesday nights on a big screen with popcorn. The smaller pool at this condo is more secluded and less crowded, as it is only used by this building. The complex is equipped with a pizza place in the club house as well as a bar. We frequented the bar to watch sports at night and the staff is very friendly. You have to pick up access pass at club house, not the guard house upon arrival.

Diana was a terrific property manager. Very responsive and resilient on our timeline. She checked in with us. She quickly provided a new set of cups when asked. Good neighborhood and beach access. Will be back!

Nice older complex on the beach .Beautiful clean beach out front .Condo was great for my Zoom work week and WiFi kept up! Bonus was the free use of the Pickleball courts ! I let maintained property .Guard at the entry .Very safe .

Great vacation stay!

Fantastic property for a family of 4. Location to the beach was amazing, plenty of things for a couple of teens to do, well-stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds. The available beach amenities were greatly appreciated. Would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing trip

We had a wonderful birthday celebration week at Hilton Head with our family. The condo was absolutely wonderful. Very clean and well cared for and just steps from the beach! We thoroughly enjoyed this VRBO and we will definitely be visiting again!

Great location, easy beach and pool access

Had a great weekend on the beach and at the pool. Check in for a parking pass was easy but the complex is big so there was a bit of a learning curve. Bring a cart or wagon to get groceries up to the room. Elevator was a life saver. Host sent good documents to make the check in process manageable. Poolside restaurant and bar made for an easy day. Easy beach walk and parking at the building. My family had a great time.

Great stay at Hilton Head

We stayed for a week in June. The property is kept well and is clean and quiet. The condo was clean and it had all the necessities included. We could cook dinners and watch cable tv as well as relax on a partial ocean view balcony. Beach chairs and beach toys were available for our use as well. Communication with the property manager was excellent and pleasant.
