I understand that this is a budget motel, so I knew what to expect going in. The room was fine, reasonably neat and clean. The front desk staff person that checked us in was very pleasant. My one HUGE problem with this property was that housekeeping never showed up to clean our room. We stayed for 2 nights and no housekeeping service. When I asked the front desk attendant why housekeeping didn't clean our room, he said we must have had our Do Not Disturb sign on the door. I assured him we did not. He then asked if we wanted a different room. I told him no, I just want our room cleaned. He said he would try to find someone from housekeeping. Eventually someone showed up and emptied our trash and gave us new towels. Sorry but I won't stay here again, I can overlook a lot when I know going in it's a budget motel, but housekeeping is not something I can overlook.

It was easy to get to. The hotel looks much nicer on the outside and in the foyer compared to other parts. The carpets are old and stained and things were just overall worn. It needs an update.

This is a budget hotel so I wasn't expecting much, but the room I stayed in was old and gross even by budget standards. There were chunks of black stuff on the floor, the blanket had stains, the bed was made with the TV remote in the sheets, the TV didn't work, and the shower was stained and cracked. Airport shuttle was the best part, free and took about 15min to BDL.

Shower knobs did not work. Shower vs bath switch did not work.

Carpet in hallway was heavily stained and soiled and the room carpet was not much better. Doors/door frames paint was badly chipped.

Rooms were in need of some repair. Sheets and towel seemed new. Breakfast was simple and facility was clean

My first room was nice but the second room was ok, bathroom was small and no bathtub

Didn't realize there would be an extra charge for leaving our car there for a few days. Disappointed that restaurant was closed for renovations.

Worst hotel I ever stayed at! Dirty, unkempt, smelly and non-functional TVs

They recently did a remodel apparently and I think it looks great. The staff was kind and housekeeping stopped by every day and made sure we had fresh towels. The fridge sadly didn’t work, but it didn’t ruin the experience. The big tv was perfect for the week we were there relaxing and watching shows. Breakfast was good but the precooked egg patties were kind of gross. The parking lot was probably the worst part of our stay. Trying to maneuver through big and possibly dangerous pot holes to get in and out of the parking lot was nerve racking.

Bathroom had mold and the toilet paper holder pulled out from wall. Fitness area was cold but maintenance fixed Next day the fitness center was locked. Second day room was not cleaned I would not stay there again

The desk person went out of her way to make a stressful time much better. Not only did she accommodate my requests, but when I went to pick up my son from the motel she remembered my name and treated me like family. I can't recall ever feeling that about any other motel staff. Thanks!

rooms not clean bed comforter had more than 20 cigarette burns in it, music from club downstairs til 3am. will never stay again!!

Stayed here as a bunch of us needed to crash for one night after a family party. It is close to I-91 also. Shower stall was not thoroughly cleaned, loose ceiling tiles in the bath, comforter with holes. The worst was the cockroach I woke up to under the covers with me. It was accompanied by a ?bedbug. Something had bitten me so there was a spot of blood on the sheets too. Gross!!!!! Breakfast had pre-made eggs. There was a leak in the ceiling and this was right where all the food was being served. It dripped throughout. The water container had dried food on top of it and looked like it had not been cleaned in days. We basically washed every single thing in our overnight bags with hot water when we got home and aired our bags in the hot sun too. It is 2016. No place should be like this. There should be an app or instruction manual on how to run a hotel. We got what we paid for. Trying to go cheap but never again. Not worth bringing home unwanted guests. My skin will be crawling for days!

The 3C equipment are old but they still worked. The TV has some noise and the bath is old (but shower is good). We slept good and the hotel staff cleaned the room carefully everyday. The breakfast is ok but they don't change the dish (always sausage and fried egg). If you don't care TV or the water bath, it's a good hotel for student, young people and short traveler.

needed a room that is close to airport without spending too much.

Great hotel very accommodating staff. The rooms were clean and hosekeeping kept the fresh towels plentiful. No noise and very comfortable beds.

I was treated friendly by staff and was offered the flexibility I needed to check in late as well as check out late with out being bothered by the cleaning staff

The toilet seat and shower head was loose! The room was overpriced! Their was a little bug crawling in the shower!
