No problems with our stay. Location between freeways was complex. One night I ended up in downtown Hartford, taking the wrong exit.

Hotel was what you would expect. Standard room . Only bad thing was heat fan....so loud when it clicked on I had to call desk and the solution was just to shut it off......hope they fixed it.

We had issues from the get go. My colleagues's room had problems with the heat/air conditioning, we both had troubles with our room keys no working, both nights the halls were grand central station until well after midnight, and the second night my alarm clock went off at midnight and I hadn't touched it. The beds are hard, but the ample oversized pillows are great. Overall, the rooms are clean and the staff helpful and it's not bad for the price, but don't plan on a great nights sleep.

The bed had a big red spot on it when i check in on my 1st night. I spent 2 night there. I had leave my room and when i return the room wasn't clean.

Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was freezing. Gym had broken equipment. Breakfast was so-so.

This is a decent hotel if you are doing business in Hartford area. Parking included.

The staff was very nice and the rooms were clean which we appreciated. The location was a little tricky to find.

Mattress was very uncomfortable and the hallways and elevator were not clean.

Would stay again. Comfortable, clean, and convenient.

Girl at desk couldn't figure out that I booked a presidential suite so after schlepping all my stuff upstairs I had to go back down and get it straighted out. Other than that it was fine

Was not very impressed with this hotel. It is Not what I'd call a 3 Star Hotel. Security is not what it should be. Had an unfortunate incident and no security cameras were around to capture it. Bartender was way below par in service. He didn't even know the correct glass to serve cognac in. There is no lunch service in the restaurant or room service and no nearby eating venues. You are stuck without a hot meal from 10:30 am until 5:30 pm. There were cigarette and cigar butts in the planters in the front entrance that looked like they hadn't been removed in weeks. Very disappointed!

You could feel the springs in the bed, room was very dirty.

In town for business. easy location to all highways. Staff was great. Restaurant was barely ok. More of a lobby that serves food. Very clean.

Stayed at the Holiday Inn Hartford for 1 night. Was in town to go to a concert at the Comcast Center. I was very pleased with the cleanliness and comfortableness of the room. The staff was very pleasant. It was nice to not have to pay for parking. The breakfast buffet was very reasonably priced and good quality. I did not get a chance to check out any of the amenities at the hotel. I liked that the hotel was in walking distance to the Comcast Center.

The staff was very welcoming and the room was very clean. No problems at all! Great hotel!!

This was for a business trip, that resulted in getting a dirty room that I didn't ask for. They expected me to share a bed with an employee. What's that, the hotel doesn't have a single cot to offer? What year is this? Room service closes before I even arrive? Thanks for nothing. Explain that I don't get the room I ask for because I used this site to reserve? Thanks for saving me $7 whole dollars in exchange for really ruining the trip.

Good place to crash for the night it was close to our destination

Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Friendly staff always willing to help.

The room was perfect. I couldn't believe I got such a nice room for a low price.
