The desk staff and staff at the breakfast room we’re all very helpful we were disappointed that we didn’t receive items for our second night stay we left our large garbage bag out but there wasn’t one left for our next night; we didn’t receive any additional cups paper cups for the second night, Nor did we receive breakfast menu sign-up sheets for the second night. The breakfast box takeouts were wonderful and appreciated. Thank you.

The staff was beyond helpful and attentive. I never had to worry about anything. There was always someone there to answer any questions

We go to six flags New England numerous times a year and we always stay here... been to ather places and this one in the area is the best.

The hotel was in a good location. The room was clean and had a great light over the shower. I would not keep my coffee maker and supplies in the bathroom at home. It just didn't seem like the right location. The only real issue was with the television remote control. It did not work when we first got to the room. Hotel staff came to our room fast and connected some wire they said housekeeping knocks off quite often. Okay, train your staff not to do this? Even after the repair the remote only worked when we sat at the end of the bed closer to the television.

We had 2 rooms, both were very clean and comfortable, very happy that it was quiet, even being near the elevator. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. No complaints, we would stay here again (2 adults and 3 almost adult teenagers). Great amenities nearby (grocery/resteraunts), and close to the interstate.

The staff was wonderful about my comfort in the room. They were helpful about the road conditions and available information.

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and there is a pool, although I did not use it. It is just in an area with nothing around it. I decided to stay here due to convenience for a morning appointment. Overall not bad but not wonderful.

Staff were extremely kind, courteous and friendly. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were clean. The thermostat was broken in the room and couldn't be adjusted but was the temperature was comfortable so it didn't matter. Breakfast has good selections and was ample with tasty coffee. Very close and convenient to Six Flags.

Every thing was great! I forgot my brush and couldn't get my hairspray on my carry on. The front desk supplies me with a come and some hair spray! Bed was outstanding, breakfast was awesome. No problems, clean room, great staff. My carpet had some "sticky" spots, so I kept my shoes on, but otherwise wonderful.

The hotel is fine for a low budget hotel. We were delighted to have a first floor room across from the breakfast area...very convenient. We did have one problem: it was difficult to get a moderate temperature in the room. It was either too warm or cold. We discovered cold air coming into the room from beneath the radiator. We informed the hotel desk about it. Also disappointed there was no airport shuttle.

Nice, Clean, Comfortable, and everything worked. I was in late, out early, and no surprises is exactly what I’m looking for.

Great hotel. Best Hampton Inn I've ever stayed at (I travel ~ 20 times/year). Stayed there while visiting family at Thanksgiving. Hotel is fairly new. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The Gym had equipment that was in good shape. Only complaint was that there was not a lot of seating in the dining area when enjoying the free breakfast (to be fair, a lot of families were there, so there were a lot of kids). Overall, a good value. We will stay there again,

Thank you for posting your comments on Orbitz. I’m very sorry about the level of service you experienced during your recent stay with us. Your bag of trash should have been removed and a new, empty trash bag left on your door handle. Any items you contacted the front desk to provide should have been left in a bag and also hung on your door. The breakfast menus should all be handed out for the entire stay at check in. We do have the menu in the room as well. You can call down to the desk and they can take your order over the phone. Thank you for sharing this important feedback with us. We appreciate you selecting the Hampton Inn-Enfield for your stay and thank you for the 4 star review you gave us on Orbitz. All guest rooms and hallways have been renovated. We completed this in April 2019. Rooms received new carpet, window treatment, refrigerators, lighting, art work, mattresses, box springs, desk chairs, leisure chairs in the king rooms, 49" HD TVs and sleeper sofas in rooms that already have them. In the bathroom we installed new lighting and mirror. The rooms that have the shower units we installed new heavy duty glass shower doors. The hallways received new carpet, lighting and wall vinyl. I apologize there was not a microwave in the room. Unfortunately this hotel was not designed to have microwaves. We did purchase 20 microwaves that we can place in rooms on a first come first serve basis. Safe travels- Richard Austermann General Manager

I am an avid non smoker and understand how this would bother you. Please let the front desk,m at any hotel know this, so you can change rooms.
