Very old building and breakfast is just protein bars and muffins.

The room and near by hallways smelled very bad, there was trash under the beds and the TV kept cutting out. Residents left piles of trash in the 2A hallway. The dumpster outside was full of rats. You can hear highways traffic all night.

The hotel and room smells very old and moldy. The carpets looked warn out and had stains on them. A bug was found under a pillow. Rooms were changed and when the next room was checked a bug was also in one of the beds. Immediately checked out and requested a refund. I don't advise anyone to stay here if you want to be comfortable.

An adequate place to stay. Looks nice on outside but needs TLC in rooms. Dishwasher is dented, door won't close and door seal pulled halfway off. There is rust inside of unit. Did not need but should be removed or updated. The bathtub does not drain when you shower. Bedside lamp bulb is broken and can not even be removed to replace and appears it has been broken for a long time. I informed the front desk and was told mantenance was not here until Monday. Microwave wouldn't turn off after use and when I went to the desk she knew that a breaker had to be tripped when this happened, so clearly it is a frequent problem. There was only one bath towel in the room upon arrival. The staff upon checkin was pretty much silent, gave us the key card then disappeared into a room behind the desk. We had no time to ask when breakfast items were available or request a coffee pot or toaster. When she did come out I asked her where the luggage carts were after looking for one myself. She said I don't know, then after a pause stated people just checked in and left again. This morning at 8:30 my husband went to get coffee and apparently got the last of it and asked about replenishing it and was told "we only make so much". He just made instant in the microwave. We have stayed at previous Extended Stay America hotels for less money and much better shape overall. All in all only adequate accomidations.

Awful smell in hallway and room. Only 2 outleta in the room. None by nightstands. Blanket didn't even fit on the bed. Too short. You get what you pay for and we only stayed one night. Parking was plentiful. Nathroom towela were threadbare. Quiet though.

Selected a pet friendly hotel on Orbitz. $25 fee per pet, plus tax charges upon arrival.

The room had a terrible odor and the air conditioner did not work.

Property is clean and staff is nice. Rooms are dated and not in the best of shape. Towels were clean but faded and almost a dirty look to them. Looks like they haven't been bleached in a long time.

Our reservation was all messed up! We get to our room a suite and there was no coffee maker, ok maybe in a regular room its a requested item but not in rhe Suites. The phone in our room was not working so i couldnt call the front desk to ask for a coffee maker. I think upper management needs to go visit this particular venue and make some well needed changes.

This hotel was disgusting. There was mold, hair clumps, and dead bugs everywhere. Only one light worked, so I can only imagine the additional grossness we would have seen if all the lights were on. This hotel is truly a place out of my nightmares. Do not stay here!

Awful , the walls are thin the workers called the wrong room at 4 am and cleaning crew was very lound in the morning

Very comfortable beds, grab and go breakfast, very friendly staff, good location beautiful view quiet, felt like home didn't want to leave. Nice big home size fridge, stove and sink.Near gas station and shopping plaza banks and restaurant strip. Will stay again.

Have stayed many times nice location, friendly staff, and nice amenities. Will continue to stay when I need a night or 2 away!

Great place, nice location, friendly staff have stayed there before and would stay again!

The hotel staff was amazing and the hotel was clean.

My boyfriend and I made a bit of a trip out of coming to Conneticut to attend a video game tournament. We decided to stay 2 nights and one day here and it was perfect. The room was so clean and big. The kitchenette allowed us to cook our own dinner, and all the kitchen supplies we needed were given to us free of charge. The staff was so friendly and welcoming and it was nice of them to accommodate us with anything we needed. The grab and go breakfast was as best as it could be and not just some granola bars and a small coffee pot. Although it was 15 minutes away from the tournament it was very cheap and worth staying there in particular.

I would stay again I didn't want to leave it felt like an apartment I wish every state had one best hotel i've ever stayed @ and I travel 2 to three times a year.

Okay place to stay, clean and basic, though for the price, not sure it was a good value. There was a kitchen, but the supplies were VERY limited with 1 fork and 1 spoon--did not get us very far as a family of four. The beds were very hard and all linens very basic. I will most likely stay in a Red Roof Inn or the like next time since that is a better value.
