I didn't know that the shuttle service could be turned down because of numbers. I needed to take the first shuttle service but couldn't, and ended up missing my flight. I wish it had been clear that I need to make reservations.
Room was clean, but bathroom needs attention: door scraped on floor, caulking around tub was mildewed. No spare roll of toilet paper.Airport shuttle was very helpful.

Days Inn did not have my reservation made here through Orbitz. With a late arrival, we had a difficult time communicating with the front desk staff that any other room would be fine. It was my worst hotel experience ever. Will never set foot in this place again, nor book on hotels on Orbitz.
Check-in staff was nice. The beds were nice. Advertized: breakfast (consisted of bread and beverage), daily housekeeping (stayed 5 nights; no services), an area shuttle within 3 miles (couldn't even get a shuttle to train station), airport shuttle (schedule at desk), and guest laundry services (no services). There were moths in the room, bathroom, and breakfast area; large water stains on ceilings with peeled paint; drunk guests had several doors open, making a lot of noise in the middle of the night, and trying to break into the room; fridge was so loud when cycling that it sounded like the emergency broadcasting system; fridge also affected the tv power each time it cycled. The nearest public transportation is over half a mile.

The room was nice but the bathroom needed some updating/renovation. The shower control got stuck ON and took considerable force to shut off.
