Staff was good. Overall condition of the hotel was poorly taken care of. Ceiling tiles in hallway missing, walpaper peeling, generally dirty and tired look of hotel. Hotel is outdated and dingy.

Had to report a broken bed frame to the front desk. The retaining clip on one side was missing. Bed slid sideways exposing the other end of the frame. My 91 year old dad caught the end of the bed frame with his ankle and fell thankfully he landed on the bed but he suffered a large bruise and a small cut on the ankle. We reported it. They apologized and said they will fix it before putting anyone else in that room. They also refunded the cost of one night of our two night stay.

Shuttle transport was quick and courteous . Front desk kind and helpful… room heat and cooling was easy to control … bed very comfortable…. I would have loved a bath but didn’t feel tub was clean enough… though the shower was great and towels generous.. a bit of grime in corners if the bathroom Enjoyed the waffle maker and ready access to hot drinks… will stay again amidst travel.

The employee at the desk was not very welcoming. When I told her I had a King bedroom reserved, she had the nerve to tell me that they were all out of Kings. She asked if I would take a double bed instead. I told her I didn't really want a double bed room. She said she was going to search. All over a sudden, she found a room. All that aggravation for nothing. The room conditions weren't even that great.

We have stayed here before and i would say the only bad part was the parking. They should have the front spots reservec for people staying at the hotel and people just parking for flights should be in the back.

The room was nice. Check in and check out were easy. I wish there was a coffee pot in the room. My only complaint is that we requested late checkout and were told at check in we had until noon, however someone was pounding on the door at 11:05am.

The hotel was filthy, we were given a room key and when we went in, other people were already in the room. We told them we were checking out the next morning instead of continuing our booking for 2 more nights and they told us we had to talk to Expedia, so far no help has been given.
