This place is horrible. There was mold inside the bedroom by the air condition and bathroom. The room smell mad. The property in general is dirty. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel.

Wall paper peeling off the walls, mold in the shower head, carpets were dirty, cigarette holes in the blankets

Room was rundown, very old carpeting, holes in the walls.

This place is really close to BDL terminal, so is very convenient. They allow late check ins (I arrived after midnight) and the front desk lady was super nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable but the room wasn’t very clean. Bed sheets were stained and had an odd smell, the bathroom walls had very visible MOLD on it. I know is a budget hotel but cleanliness should be better supervised. Glad I only stayed for a few hours!

I had alot of problems with the entry key. Four different rooms later it worked!

Staff is great, beds comfortable, shuttle service is great.

Great hotel by the airport. Very clean! Breakfast was great and out early (before 4AM) for those of us with early flights. Shuttle driver was personable and kind. Would definitely stay there again!

Air flow in room was not consistent and it was impossible to have continuous air flow with the thermostat. Unit was going on and off all nite. Also walls extremely thin and heard all neighbors and people in hall throughout the night. Could not sleep.

Because I had a cheaper room that’s exactly what I got.

Convenient location, clean and room was modernized. Breakfast area was comfortable.

We were upgraded without asking and all the employees we dealt with were both personal and professional.

The front desk staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. On site parking and Shuttle to Airport at 3:40 a.m. were very convenient.

It eas ok. I was in a handicapped assessible room. I eould have rather had a regular room.

I really appreciated the variety of the continental breakfast. It was great way to start the day
