Convenient location, friendly staff. Room wasn't cleaned well, there's a lot of dust and the toilet was difficult to flush. The shower was so hot it was difficult to use. Nice place to get a coffee or snack.

The hotel is located right next to the highway exit, about 10 minutes drive to Wes university. It’s clean and the room is spacious. My room faces to the highway, at night there are some noises when big trucks drive by. The breakfast is not free. I had a breakfast sandwich and a cup of fruits that cost $8.5. The sandwich is hot and really yummy. Overall, I am happy with my stay. I will stay there again when I visit the area.
Manager there was amazing. The night staff also was great. Hotel was very clean and welcoming. No complaints!
The property was close to restaurants and stores. The shower knob was broken and the water temperature kept going to real hot, it would slip. The bathroom outlet was rather large and the hair appliance would keep pulling out of the outlet.
The check in process was easy. All of the necessary safety measures were taken, given the current pandemic. We were able to stay on the first floor and the hotel was clean and in a good location. Close to the highway and a supermarket and down restaurants as well. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

This Courtyard had some construction going on that impacted the front lobby, but besides that the place was 'okay'. Nothing about it was spectacular, but everything from the staff, to the rooms, gym, pool, were all okay. If you are just looking for a clean comfortable room that delivers on basics consistently, this is your place. I was traveling for work and just needed a place to crash for the night and this fit the bill fine. Plenty of variety of places around it to eat.

I was trapped in a snowstorm on my way to work and I had no choice but to stay overnight at a hotel. I had the option of a motel across the street and the courtyard, so my choice was a given. I booked through Orbitz in the parking lot and walked through the entrance to check in. Both of the young ladies at the desk were friendly and check-in was a breeze. The hotel has three floors and I was on the first floor in room 111. Location: The hotel is easy to find, located right off 91. It is in a lot with a chili's right next door, fast food places right across the street, Mobil across the street and a 24 hour Walmart two minutes down the street. It was extremely convenient to get anywhere. Hotel lobby/first impression: As you walk into the hotel, there is a sitting area with a fireplace. It was very welcoming and cozy. As you make your way to the left, there are two public computers and a printer that you're welcome to use. There is also The Bistro, which is the hotel's restaurant. It isn't super fancy, but more so a place where you could grab something to go or sit and eat. They serve breakfast, lunch, beer and wine, oh and did I mention, Starbucks? :) Mini shop: Adjacent to the check-in desk is a mini shop with essentials and snacks. I was unprepared for my night stay and the snow was so bad that I couldn't get to Walmart. I was able to buy contact lens solution, deodorant, and a toothbrush. I have a very nice experience here, the hotel was very clean, smelled clean, accommodations and bed were nice. We had a double jacuzzi tub and it was awesome, nice little surprise. Would definitively recommend.

Please know when you book this hotel that there is a high likelihood if there is any amount of high capacity here you will have NO HOT WATER. It came as no surprise at all to the front desk staff when I called to let them know that we didn't have any for showers, almost as if they were expecting our call. They have done the upgrades to the lobby, etc. But the infrastructure is not up to what is needed to support the guest rooms.
The location was just great, about 10 minutes from relatives in Cromwell. The rooms are very comfortable with plenty of hot water and a great shower head. Pillows were swell. The breakfast food choices, that must be paid for, we're not inspiring so we went to the diner across the road for breakfast.
All of the personnel @ the Hotel were great. The food from the Restaurant was very good also. I will defiantly return.
Beautiful room. Great staff. Pool room was cold and no jacuzzi. But otherwise very nice overall.
Upon registering we were told that since it was a butsy weekend that we were being put in the quiet floor. And so it was. Also the desk clerk gave us an free upgrade to a room with a jacuzzi tub. Ah, it was lovely and relaxing after a busy day at a family reunion.
