Friendly staff Had to Change room because were put in an smoking floor. Eventhought we had bigger room it did not have requested number of beds

Ease of access is good here, but we were placed into a room that wasnt properly cleaned. There was still food in the mini fridge, the shampoo was half used, floors not vacuumed, hair all over the shower in the bathroom, and bath mat very dirty. When we arrived it took about 10 minutes before someone arrived at the desk to assist us. We did get placed into a new room after i went to the desk. However it took a good amount of time before the employee helped us at the desk. The second room was clean and much better overall other than the lack of mirrors in the room.

I usually love this property. I learned to ask for a back room it is more quiet usually, when I checked in I asked for a room like my last on the backside. The clerk told me it was next to it. No it was on the front side right at the entrance. It wasn’t vacuumed, the tray in the bathroom was dirty, and the smoke detector had a ice bag taped over it! The windows were open and it was 55 degrees outside to let out the stench.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Property was not in the best location, and definitely needed some tlc. But the rooms and lobby were clean.

The carpets in this hotel look like a murder scene, everywhere you look there’s huge stains. Orbitz did nothing for me. The hot water didn’t work, was told to leave my water running for 15 minutes. Super disappointed in the hotel and the hour and a half I spent on the phone with orbitz to get absolutely no resolution.

The front desk was amazing loved our suite and will return again

Front desk staff very courteous. The lobby, elevator, and hallways smelled like curry for the 4 days I was there, except for the last day when the overwhelming smell of weed seeped from the hallway into my room. The rugs were visibly soiled on the 4th floor (huge stains throughout), and the tile in and near the elevator was dirty and the edge caulking was broken. The garbage near the elevator on the 4th floor was overflowing with take out boxes and cardboard for several days. The bathroom and beds were clean, but the lamp shades looked like they had fallen onto an oily pizza, and there were red (pizza?) stains on the walls. Same exact breakfast of fake scrambled eggs and sausage patties every day for 4 days. Very disappointing.

Great location and the hotel was actually nicer than we were expecting. Friendly staff.

The was a gym on the floor i stayed! Breakfast was plentiful abd the suite was large!

The only positive thing about the hotel is it is close to many restaurants.

It is 100% nonsmoking hotel and on guest folio all guest initial for not smoking inside. We do charge $250 penalty for smoking inside the hotel. We are doing our best for our guest to provide the best services. Our renovation project was stopped due to Covid-19 pandemic, hallway common area painting and tile flooring was done but carpet was delayed from manufacturing due to pandemic. Common area gets clean every day with Eco lab product but due to stain in the carpet it looks dirty. Our new carpet has just been delivered from manufacture and carpet renovation project is going on but due to labor shortage it is taking longer time. I hope that you will consider staying with us again so that we can have another chance to provide you with a superior experience. Once again, we apologized any inconvenience with your stay.
