The room is very outdated and the bathroom was dirty. There was hair and mold in the shower. There wasn’t a comforter on the bed and I woke up in the middle of the night freezing. Glad I only stayed one night and wasn’t in the room too long. I didn’t want to partake in breakfast because I couldn’t wait to check out.

I thought the room was very comfortable. The staff at the front desk were friendly. Breakfast was very good, although some things were not working, like the juice and waffle machines were not totally working properly. The things I did not like, was having no internet access. I was unable to connect even after verifying with the front desk. Housekeeping was questionable. We had 4 people in our room, 2 adults and 2 children. They gave us 3 towels, 2 hand towels and 2 wash cloths. One day I asked housekeeping for four towels because there was four of us. She told me and kept repeating two towels, two towels. We were still in the room, so she quickly put 2 sets of towels in the bathroom and took the dirty towels. She then stuck a third bath towel inside the room door on the counter. She did not take out the garbage. I had to ask for another roll of toilet paper. We also noticed that someone had apparently dropped their key card near the elevators and it was still there two days later. My young grandchildren said hello to 2 housekeepers as we were about to get on the elevator, and one quietly said hi and rolled her eyes, and did not turn to look at the children. The other one turned around with a big smile and said hi to them. I would most likely not stay there again nor recommend this place.

Our bathroom floor was sticky upon checking in. Barely had hot water in any of the rooms. I had 3 rooms reserved for our family. The breakfast wasn’t great. Cereal was stale. Eggs and sausage didn’t look fully cooked.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights and were very disappointed with the overall experience. The property is in serious need of updating and proper maintenance. The room assigned to us had a 3-inch hole in the wall and smelled strongly of smoke. When we brought this to the front desk, the response was simply that it was "ok," with no effort made to offer another room. The included breakfast was also lacking—scrambled eggs and sausage patties sat in a water bath, and aside from some fruit, the options were very limited. Housekeeping was another major issue. During our entire stay, the room was never cleaned, the bed was not made, and towels were not replaced. Only later were we told that housekeeping had to be requested in advance and that "all hotels operate this way," which we know is not true. The property itself showed further signs of neglect: peeling wallpaper, carpets that clearly needed a deep cleaning, and an overall feeling of poor upkeep. We had originally planned to extend our stay for another week, but due to the lack of housekeeping service and the hotel’s poor condition, we made the decision to move to another hotel instead.

Loved the upgrade to a suite. Made my day! Was disappointed they had event. There was no parking anywhere around hotel, even the back lot( which see.ed sketchy) and neighboring pizza place were full. Disheartening that as the hotel guest, had no place to park. Found the loud bass music, heard on 4th floor till midnight, inconvenient. Breakfast area was disgusting and messy with used trash laid on countertops. Staff there; but, im guessing due to large volume of guests (rude and downright disgusting ones), they gave up or couldnt keep up with the cleaning of the area. Front desk jose is always great! No darkening curtain in the bedroom area which was unfortunate. They offered to move me but i had already unpacked so just "magivered" the curtains to create some darkness to sleep. Stayed before and will again, esp if get upgraded to a suite!
