We very much enjoy this hotel. It is always a nice, enjoyable time. The check-in process and experience this go-around was less than impressive. Staff appeared rushed and less than helpful when presented with questions. Overall, I would rate this hotel wonderful; however, the service was disappointing.

The receptionist was rude and was not welcoming. The breakfast didn’t have much variety. No pancake or waffle. They were not cleverly labeled. I asked what they were to the lady, she rudely told me what they were.

The location was great. I’ve stayed in this location before and it was beautiful. I decided to book a night at the Hyatt because I wanted to treat my daughter to an extra special stay. I was disappointed in the current condition of the hotel. I noticed peeling paint, mold in the shower, and a strong chlorine smell in the lobby.

The hotel room was hot! The room was right next to fitness center and we could hear pounding on the treadmill. The room curtains couldn’t be opened because it looked out at pool level. It felt like being in a zoo or in the dark. Very very unhappy with the room!

Easy access to so many things. And the staff were all polite and professional.

Excellent location

Downtown area was convenient and able to walk to grab some food. Front desk gave a list of restaurants that was super helpful. It had hours, type of food, and walking distance for restaurants and bars. Breakfast was delicious! Bed was very comfortable.

NOT WORTH THE PRICE. For a plain basic room with one king bed and a “view” of roof with all the AC units, $300 for a night was way OVER PRICED! The thermostat only goes down to 66, which is probably realistically 69/68 degrees. And for hot sleepers like my husband & I, we were left sweating most of the night. Come 4:30AM the smoke alarm battery dies which makes it beep loudly ever 30 second, RIGHT over our bed. Had to have someone come up and try to get it to stop for 20min., who finally just took the whole thing with him to get it to stop. No one ever thought to give us a price break for the 4:30AM to 5AM interruption. We were only staying the one night too, thankfully!

Beautiful relaxing hotel and accomodations. Great central location downtown Greenville.

Beautiful scenery and great view of the lobby from the room. I enjoyed the on-site restaurant, bar, and Starbucks. Due to Covid I was not pleased with the disinfect/sanitized sticker not being on the hotel door.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, close to everything, Starbucks on site was amazing!!!

Native Greenvillian that had a staycation! Always love being downtown and in the Hyatt for Festival of Trees. Hate that Covid kept us from ordering room service but was super easy to walk down and pick up from the nearby restaurants.
