The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas, the check in staff was quick and accurate. Our room was great and we loved that we could walk to the Bon Secour Wellness Arena easily. After the event at the arena, we enjoyed a drink in the lobby.

The room was very clean, but the curtains did have what looked like brown finger print stains and the comforter had a small yellow staib. I spoke with one housekeeper that was kind, the man I spoke with at the desk was OK. I was accommodated with my early check in, but I did not get the higher floor that I requested. For over $500/night I cannot say that my expectations were met.

Rude staff, tried to double charge for valet parking. Was told valet was $27 a day, charged $30. I get it, it’s 3 dollars… but it’s aggravating to be told one thing and charged another.

Normally a pretty good hotel for the value but this time we ended up getting a room that had no hot water. We didn't realize it until around 8:30pm so we reported it and toughed it out. We decided to leave early in the morning and head back home. All the staff member said was, "sorry:.
