My wife and I stayed here for a couple days on a recent 2state trip. The hotel has a great downtown location and has a city parking garage attached to the hotel. One of the best things for us is Greenville is extremely EV friendly and the garage had 3 free level 2 EV chargers. The hotel had great security and a pretty good bar spot. My only cons are the room was pretty small for a King room. For that reason I would say if you’re staying for more than a couple of days I would recommend a larger room as not to be so cramped, otherwise its a good choice

More lighting, please!
Pros and cons: Great location, incredibly professional and nice management and staff, many amenities (coffee bar live music laundry gym). Con is the lighting. Darkest hotel room. Poor (IMHO) lighting design. The only lights in the entire room are a single teeny, tiny obscured reading light above the bed and a bare lightbulb on a wooden plank covered by a metal hoop with holes that could be called a “lamp” but if you want the light you’re staring at a bare bulb. One. One bare lightbulb for the entire room. You get darkness or BOOM one BARE BULB. Made it really uncomfortable.

I had a great stay at Aloft - clean rooms, quiet (even on a busy weekend), friendly staff, easy parking. Aloft is in a great location to use as a base to explore beautiful Greenville. There are many great restaurants nearby. No complaints. I highly recommend Aloft.

Elevators need to give more info for where you need to go for rooms & parking. Our bathroom door would not stay closed, it has no holes for the latch to go in.

City parking is connected to hotel and every kind of bar and restaurant is within a couple minute walk. Rooms are small, beds comfy and the room was clean. Super friendly staff and they love dogs! Would stay here again.
