Loved balcony.
We loved staying here. The balcony over the river was such a nice surprise! The hotel is located at the edge of town between the main road and the river, and you come in the front door by the road and it leads all the way through to the balcony. While the road can get noisy, it got quieter at night. The room was spacious and clean. The balcony overlooks the river and a small neighborhood but you can see up the mountain as well. Much better than some of the balconies in town where they overlook the road and other hotels. We would recommend staying here again!
Trip started off rocky. I chose the option to pay at property. Hotel attempted to charge card morning of, in which funds were not available. They then canceled reservation without informing me. Rooms were luckily still available and was able to get a room. Stay was great otherwise.
Spacious room even with two double beds. Loved the balcony overlooking the river - two nice chairs to sit in and listen to the water. Typical breakfast buffet (nice woman helping). Reasonably-priced and perfect for one-night stay so we could drive around Gatlinberg. : )

Rooms were spacious and clean. Beautiful view of creek. Staff was pleasant, although one of the vending machines didnt work, and they knew about it and did nothing, no sign so other guests wouldnt lose money. Its the little things that make a good hotel a better one.

The hotel was a good value; but there is a lot of road noise. The pool chemicals were way out of balance and the chlorine burned my eyes after only a couple of minutes in the water.
Clean room and comfy bed.
Staff was nice. Room wasn't that clean. Floors felt sticky. Hair in tub and on floor. Bed wasn't that comfortable. View of the river from balcony was beautiful.
