We love the place and very close to Disneyland.
nice place
We enjoyed this property. The proximity to Disneyland and regular shuttles was great. The shuttles aren't free but cost $36 for my family of 4 for two days. The room was clean and housekeeping did a great job of making beds and cleaning up. Restaurant was average but fit the bill after a long day of driving. Only issue was that housekeeping showed up at 7:45 AM one morning to clean and we were all still in bed. Talked to management and they comped us our parking costs (parking on site is not free).

Great place to stay! They have their own Disney parks van so you don’t have to stop at every other hotel on Harbor blvd on your way to Disney!
We always enjoy staying here however there is a serious lack of face mask wearing. All the staff wear masks but no one regulates if the guests wear masks. On the shuttle, in the lobby, in the elevators all had people not following mask guidelines and no one saying anything.
The property comes across as a 5-star hotel on 1st impression. That feeling went away upon entering our room. The room was very stark and cold with nothing on the walls to give it the feeling that this was a higher-end hotel. A typical room at a Hampton Inn is warmer and more inviting. I then noticed there was no chair to relax and/or read in. A short time later I received a survey from the hotel where I noted the lack of a comfortable chair. To there credit, they texted back, noting that none of their rooms came with any such chair, but they would be willing to bring us one if desired. I didn't respond to that, but that next evening, they did bring us a chair - a straight-back chair they would typically use in a meeting room. Not exactly what I was asking for. I don't want to make a big deal about a chair but the point is, why spend the extra $$$ for a Hyatt Regency when you can get a warmer, better equipped room from a Hampton Inn or a number of other mid priced hotel chains?
The Disneyland shuttle
They were very accommodating of getting our room early for us, we did have to pay an extra $35 but we were able to check in early. We went to the restaurant at around 8 PM and you just see your self. We sat for 30 minutes and not one person came by to get us drinks or take our order. Very poor service at the restaurant.
Amazing
Room had spider webs I complain several times but no one came to clean
They overbooked my original room so upgraded me for free definitely going to stay here again
Property was very nice and clean. The rooms were spacious and excellent for families. Disneyland was 5 minutes away and it was perfect. Parking is easy they have valet and self parking for a fee a night. I loved it and will definitely stay again!
