I got a different room than the one that I paid for, when I asked fort desk to fix THEIR mistake they told me they were sold out. Terrible water pressure. Terrible bed and terrible staff that didn't want to do their job to accomodate a guest that is also Hyatt member, which is not worth NOTHING
