Overall, we liked the amenities, unique room views over the huge atrium lobby, and helpful staff. The room had shortcomings below expectations. Not a stich of carpet - just synthetic wood every square foot. No towel bars or fan in bathroom. Bathroom light outside of the bathroom. Coffee fixings still have 1950's style "creamer" powder vs. half and half. Overall, room felt more like 3.0-3.5 star vs. Regency.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel!! I loved all of it - the staff is fantastic, the location is great, and I could not find anything wrong - highly recommend!! Patzi and all of the guest services staff, Erica and Grant at the OCB, the staff at Tusca - all made me feel welcome and always greeted me with a smile!!! Thank you for such a terrific stay!!!
