Dear Comfort Inn Management, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. The room, as well as the hotel itself, reeked of cigarette smoke despite being advertised as smoke-free. The smell was so overwhelming that it made the stay very unpleasant. Unfortunately, I checked in late at night, otherwise I would have canceled my reservation immediately upon arrival. To make matters worse, the room was dirty, and I became ill as a result of the poor conditions. This experience was unacceptable and far below the standard I expect when booking with Comfort Inn. I would appreciate a response to this complaint, as well as information on how you intend to address this matter.

Our room was missing a chair thats featured in the pictures the guy at the frontdesk said none of the rooms have chairs anymore. The pics were taken before renovations. Our room had random nail clippings and hair on the floor which was disgusting. The headboards of the beds had grease stains on them which was off putting. Every morning room service would meet in front of my room door to talk. The walls are super thin so you will hear everything happening in the halls and other rooms as well. When it was time for me to check out the front desk guy was asleep. I tried waking him up but he stayed asleep in the chair. I dropped the keycard at the front desk and took a picture as proof. What I did like was the room had a microwave and fridge.
