The entrance is a little frustrating to get into if you're unfamiliar with the area. However the staff were amazing and the hotel and room was kept clean and orderly. This will be my first choice when I'm in the area!

The hotel was close to the highway and my mom's house, and had a nice breakfast. I posted earlier about a bottle of wine missing, but we found it in our luggage! Orbitz won't let me update my review.
Nice breakfast. A little noisy at night from the room next door. We had a strange experience when we realized a bottle of wine disappeared from our room despite our having a do not disturb sign on the door.

Always comfortable and pleasant. This time I noticed hair in the corner of the bathroom . Just a few strands not a biggie just need room service to pay close attention.

The Check-in was so easy and the staff made sure that we got the room location that we wanted. How very nice! Friendly and courteous. The hotel was very clean. It was raining we arrived and even the parking lot was clean. There was no mud or debris anywhere around the entrance or the lobby. This hotel is professionally managed for guest's total comfort. Our room was well designed and decorated. The linens were crisp, clean and the bed made with care. The bath was the same, meticulous care with towels and soaps and coffee supplies. I really appreciate the well-trained staff. We will stay here again.
