"I do not recommend this property. It’s false advertisement. There is no room service, the hotel was expanded and this is not disclosed anywhere, therefore they will give you a room that is so far away and removed from everything is like you’re staying in an isolated location with no amenities. None of the staff knows what’s going on, you’ll ask if you need reservations for the restaurants they’ll say no, only for you to end up needing one. The staff is extremely loud and inconsiderate often starting their days at 6am laughing and gossiping while you’re trying to sleep in your room. The vendors they work with are just as unprofessional, we booked a service and they were over an hour late. Nothing was relaxing about this trip and whatever description they have of the hotel is not up dated and accurately described. Just know they had to DRAW the building we were staying in on the map they provided us. Check in is an extremely long process as well, and they call the rooms villas when these are actual just hotel rooms. Also there’s no elevators!!! When you call to inquire why are you so far removed from the property you booked they’ll tell you.. that’s what you picked. As if the undisclosed building expansion with view of the parking lot that they had to draw on the map, was what I picked. I can’t comment on housekeeping as they never seems to stopped by our room. The food was okay, a lot of variety but not as flavorful."
