The front desk personnel treated me in a very despicable way even though it was empty I requested a room with ocean view and was denied I didn’t feel welcomed at all I was treated the typical way they treat Mexican people AWFUL
Simple property and not fancy. Rooms do not have refrigerators and it takes quite a while for hot water in showers. The staff is wonderful and the property is well maintained. The pools are very nice. It’s a nice quiet property with beautiful views of Zihuatanejo Bay.
The people at Hotel Irma were so nice and accommodating. The location is great. It’s just a short walk to Playa La Ropa or downtown Zihuatanejo. If you don’t feel like walking there we’re always cabs out front. A trip to downtown was about $4 US. If you’re looking for a nice hotel with pools, strong a/c, and good wifi, at a bargain I’d say this is it. Only warning I’d give is the beds are quite firm. I usually prefer more of a medium mattress but I still slept pretty well.

fabulous view, great staff, very helpful
The location of the property couldn't be better you are at the beach near the downtown area and the restaurants are walking distance. The hotel is VERY clean and the staff great. They could help the environment by placing some water fountains instead of selling water bottles. They could also add the additional bed to their services.
Pool for sure. One of the best and the restaurant staff is amazing !!! Jaime at reception was awesome as well!!
Great location, the pool features great sunset views, the staff was very attentive and kind, the manager Yara is a gem and worked to make our stay as good as it could be. We loved ur stay and look forward to coming the hotel Irma again.
Very helpful and friendly staff, great view, very nice pool. Sad that there aren’t more guests due to the pandemic
great location - within walking distance to town and LaRopa beach.
The staff was very welcoming and the facility was nice and cleans. I enjoyed my staying, until my last meal there. Unfortunately, I got food poisoning from something I ate there. I just wished that more then a simple sorry was done.
Workers were great and helpful, manager Yara was always around the property making sure all was good, she spoke with us 2 to 3 times a day when we were relaxing at the pools. Facility is a very spanish style well maintained property. No bugs, every morning they were cleaning and sweeping. Location is great far enough from the main town center to not have evening noise. A few steps to Madera beach and walking distance to everything. Very safe area.
