The hotel is clean and basic. Small pool and it is a little noisy at night from the street noise. The staff is great, however, and everything you need is in the room: hair dryer, ironing board, refrigerator, and balcony. Walking distance to North Beach and Centro. Hildalgo is a short walk away as are tons of restaurants and more. I would definitely stay again.
The hotel is about a 10 to 15 minute walk from norte beach but we didnt mind walking because it meant it was in a quieter area. Still close to food and shopping. You can rent golf carts next door. The pool was better than i thought it would be, nice size and clean. They give you 2 bottles of water which you can refill downstairs. Theres an elevator in case you're on the top floor. We had a balcony in our room that faced the street where we had coffee every day. The room has a safe also. Water pressure was strong. The gym had like 3 machines. An elliptical, treadmill and one of those cable machines where you can work out every body part. I didn't use it. All in all this had everything i needed and is my go to hotel from now on

It was really close to the ferry. Also the staff was really friendly and helpful when We had questions. Excellent job by the housekeepers! A shower handle was broken, but when we returned to the room, it was already fixed without asking to fix it. Good food for breakfast and amazing restaurant staff. I will definitely comeback to this place, and will recommend to my friends. 👌

Location and cleanliness are at best, also the staffs are so wonderful. It seems no negative matter accept noises coming from everywhere but not hotel’s fault.

Bueno estuvimos por allá por 5 noches y 6 días el primer día en el hotel el elevador no funcionó por 3 días luego el personal del staff siempre de muy mal genio , lo demás el hotel está muy bonito muy bien ubicado lo único malo que yo les recomendaría sería que cambiaran esos colchones están muy viejos y ya muy duros no c puede dormir hay de echo toda las noches nos despertábamos por lo duro del colcho es todo pero para la próxima yo me quedaré en otro hotel que lo primero que preguntaré es sobre sus colchones

Nice place but i wouldn't recommend it to anyone that quite time after 11pm. The hostle behind it party's late onto the night.
