Property is under elevator renovations. But still a beautiful property. Wonderful staff. Would come back again.
Not really a 4 star. Has a lot of additional fees for a mediocre property. Upon arriving there is bird poop on most of the walk ways . . just imagine people walk through it on the way to their room and most probably don't take their shoes off at the door of their room. The sink stopper was mostly closed, allowing water to collect in our sink, they did send someone up very quickly to try to fix it. He did his best, but the water still pooled. AND the boiler wasn't working, so we were without hot water for a portion of the day. The staff was nice, but it wasn't impressive enough for $175 p/n. I won't be back.
Our neighbors were so loud and kept us all night.
The Spa was great! The hotel staff was friendly and we enjoyed our weekend there.
Poor service by nighttime supervisor, AC in hall broken blasting very high volume of AC air into to hallway when it was 28 degrees outside. That same vent blasted against our room door leaking all cold air into our room. No synthetic pillow per same front fest person. Second day my girlfriend was showering and had conditioner in her hair and soap on her body when to water turned off. Broken pipe down the hall from our room. We asked for bottled water to rinse her off. They showed up at the room with refrigerated/cold water. At this point we checked out to find a better hotel. This is crazy but true.
Smell was amazing. Staff Experienced. Rooms extremely well maintained and the property gorgeous. This property is a good value in a north of DFW location. Truly a gem.

visiting from out of town for a wedding at the Stonebriar Country Club, within walking distance. Hotel staff was friendly, room was ready before official check-in time. Spacious room overlooking the pool. the bed was heavenly.

I had to wait for an hour and twenty minutes beyond the 3pm check in time for my room to be ready due to two wedding events. However the comp was nice and fair.
Enjoyed a delicious pasta and great fresh shrimp. Too bad the bar closed kind of early / midnight on a Friday (but it was packed)
This was my 5th visit to this hotel. In the past, always had a great experience. However, this time was the exception. Ongoing construction on the fourth floor put us on the second floor. This appeared to be a good idea. However, our room was right next to the ice machine. Bad idea! The noise permeated thorougout our room. Then, the our second night a very drunk female was throwing up in the hall way. The next morning the hallway was still filled with a disgusting mess and smell. Once I mentioned this to the staff, they were quick to clean it up. Finally, our air conditioner/fan quit working the second night. As a result, we couldn't sleep well and could hear every noise in the hallway. Overall, this was a very bad experience. Not all of the Westin's fault, but still was disappointed in our stay. Will not exclude this hotel from my list, but may have second thoughts.
In for the night, and was not impressed with the complex. The room was just ok; nothing more. The service was ok; nothing more. The overall appearance of the place was ok; nothing more. I would not stay here again. Was not worth you paid for the place.

Hello Frank, I do apologize for the series of events that happened during your recent stay and please know this was a highly unusual event. The Westin had 3 rooftop HVAC units freeze and caused a water leak into the hotel and to no longer provide heated air to the guest floor corridors. The only way to remedy the issue was to temporarily shut off water to the hotel while the leaks were disabled. This is not typical and could not have been anticipated or prevented. I do apologize that this disrupted your stay.
