visiting from out of town for a wedding at the Stonebriar Country Club, within walking distance. Hotel staff was friendly, room was ready before official check-in time. Spacious room overlooking the pool. the bed was heavenly.

Good place for a wedding. Golf course is nice. i recommend

I had to wait for an hour and twenty minutes beyond the 3pm check in time for my room to be ready due to two wedding events. However the comp was nice and fair.

Enjoyed a delicious pasta and great fresh shrimp. Too bad the bar closed kind of early / midnight on a Friday (but it was packed)

This was my 5th visit to this hotel. In the past, always had a great experience. However, this time was the exception. Ongoing construction on the fourth floor put us on the second floor. This appeared to be a good idea. However, our room was right next to the ice machine. Bad idea! The noise permeated thorougout our room. Then, the our second night a very drunk female was throwing up in the hall way. The next morning the hallway was still filled with a disgusting mess and smell. Once I mentioned this to the staff, they were quick to clean it up. Finally, our air conditioner/fan quit working the second night. As a result, we couldn't sleep well and could hear every noise in the hallway. Overall, this was a very bad experience. Not all of the Westin's fault, but still was disappointed in our stay. Will not exclude this hotel from my list, but may have second thoughts.

In for the night, and was not impressed with the complex. The room was just ok; nothing more. The service was ok; nothing more. The overall appearance of the place was ok; nothing more. I would not stay here again. Was not worth you paid for the place.

A/c took too long to cool.... Had been turned off prior to arrival.... I took care of it by us going to have a drink:) Staff was a 10!!

One issue was that the windows were not clean on the outside so even though the room had a view, it was hard to see through the thich film of dust covering the outside surface of the windows.

Our stay at the Westin Stonebriar was great! The rooms were great and the pool was busy and fun! We would definitey stay there again.

The Westin Stonebriar offers the best of both worlds. It is conveniently located off of 121; close to great shopping and dining, yet just far enough away to enjoy a peaceful evening on the Texas prairie.

Great place for a weekend data night. Room, location, service, amenities...all great!

The hotel staff was great, the rooms were clean and the pool even had a wait staff! Downside is you have to pay for internet access and parking is cramped.

Very accessible from DFW straight off Hwy 121 (no toll needed in this section) and just a couple of (Texas) blocks from JCPenney HQ. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble. No free wi-fi is ridiculous these days for ANY hotel. Westin/Starwood needs to get with the program and look at what the Omni Mandalay in Irving (south of DFW) has done. They offer wi-fi free to those who sign up online as a preferred guest and accept some ads/promotions later in email (not spam). The in-room telephone system is very weird. The bedside phone is cordless but I couldn't figure out how to call room service with it. Had to use the other desk phone, which was just a plain old telephone (thank God). The room-services booklet is almost unusable. It pretends to be a high-class glossy production but the hard plasticized pages make it impossible to keep it open while you are trying to dial room service. It's also rife with spelling errors.

The hotel was very nice and the staff extremely friendly. Downsides: you could hear everything through the walls; internet service was costly, not free as expected at high end hotel; had to ask for water bottles for the room; not enough nearby parking

Great hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Great golf course and inexpensive.

When it's cold and you can't use the outdoor pool there's nothing to do unless you like strip malls.

The hotel was beautiful, very elegant with fabulous employees. They were very helpful and caring. We felt at home all weekend. The food in the restaurants was great. The cafe person even opened up early for us when we had to get to my son's tournament at 6:00 a.m. And the Westin beds are the best!!

they were very accomodating, even brought us a microwave to our room! we asked for extra towels and pillows, and received three calls to verify that we had received them. excellant all the way around! Top- notch. will still there again!

The overall experience was great. Service was excellent, value was great, the only downside was that the carpet had a stains on them but nothing too bad.

My husband and I needed a restful retreat and we felt pampered in the room and by the pool. The lounges by the pool with large umbrellas were very comfortable and the temperature of the pool was perfect. The Tom Fazio golf course was everything my husband expected it to be. We plan to return!
