The Sanford House Inn & Spa was like finding a country oasis in the middle of town. Beautiful and different. I felt like I went back in time.

After arruving by air to Dallas-Fort Worth at 4 pm fought traffic for one hour to travel less than ten miles to encounter this B&B which is a true jewel in the urban jungle. We stayed in the Beethoven room which received a delightful morning sun. All furnishings in the manor house are authentic antiques and beuatufully appointed throughout the mansion. Parking was more than ample just make sure to use the back stair entrance to move luggage. The beautiful circular staircase in reception is awesome but not designed for carrying luggage. The gourmet breakfast was the first highlight of the morning then off to the spa experience across N Center St.. Cordial staff offering total spa services for men and women. Don't miss the pampering experience if you have the time and a little extea cash.
