The staff is rude and did no accommodate us despite changes to our travel plans, not to mention they gave us a rude awakening every day we were there despite a multi night stay.

It was a very nice clean hotel, would def stay again. My only issue was no mini frig. That would have made the stay even better.

No microwave, refrigerator or hairdryer no complementary coffee

I booked this hotel as a shelter during winter storm uri. When I got there the fire alarm was going off, and checkin in took 30 minutes. Shortly after the water went out and then the power. They wouldn’t refund me, and I had to find a different place to stay.

We needed a refrigerator and the front desk guy said “they make no promises for one.” Didn’t have any extra either. Toilet was broken. Bed was comfy. Very close to six flags and stadium if that’s all you need

The room was dirty. Used condom wrappers, blood on the bathroom door, hair on the shower wall, no do not disturb signs, not pet friendly, vwey rube staff. We checked in yesterday and asked this morning for no cleaning service since we have our dog. The front office told us we cannot have him in the room. Not exactly sure how that males them pet friendly. He was in his kennel. We had to check out and shuffle to find a different place. 2 kids, traveled 5000 miles, 11 bags, and a 12 hour flight. Orbitz did nothing to help resolve the situation. They just transferred me to 4 people!! They wouldnt even give a refund.

I originally requested to stay at Baymont Hotel. When i arrived at checkin i was informed there was no hot water. So i had to change reservations to motel 6. I didnt have a microwave, so the food i purchased could not be eaten unless i walked downstairs to the lobby. No complimentary breakfast. I had to use my cell phone to make calls because the room phone had no phone jack. I called the front desk for assistance. The person was very rude. There were ports on the tv that i was hoping to cast my laptop to do some work. The jacks did not work. Could not change the settings on the tv. I was not able to work from my room the entire stay. Such a big inconvienence compared to where I initially reserved. With the overall experience all i got was a sorry for the inconvienence.

The privacy is amazing but should have had a pool...

Wasnt very clean, mdew in batheoom, room smelles bad and no amenities in room other than small bar of soap.

As soon as I opened the door i was greeted by HUGE ROACHES!!! Sheets were dirty and stained floor was no carpet n dirty!! Just horrible experience coming from phoenix to visit there.

Service was unfriendly, unhelpful room was dirty and very sketchy. A lot of trash outside

the room was not clean at all. The blankets were cigarette burned all over and one bed had blood stains. There were also foot prints in the bathtub.

The staff as to checking in and out were friendly but the room was terrible. There was no hot water even after you let it warm up, and there were roaches in the room

Nice for a one night stay, but to many strange people walking around at night

This was a same day reservation since our original hotel reservation at another facility was given away. The process was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and welcoming... thank you for saving my night!

Difficulty connecting with the internet in the room. also needs more housekeeping inside and outside of the property

Hotel staff were terrible. Rude. Asked for extra pillows and they said no. Asked for extra towels and they gave us 2 scratchy tiny ones.
