Clean room , friendly staff only con is no elevators.

It was a decent stay, there was nothing that I could complain about. You get what you pay for, which is not a bad thing at all.

Its a great hotel former Ramada Inn Hotel very well kept and was clean, Wi-Fi worked great, bed was nice and soft, flat screen TV with a lot of channels. Great location right off the highway and right by a lot of places to eat. Great service and the bathrooms and room where clean. And I would stay there again.

Nice clean large room. Good internet. I needed a place that was inexpensive but comfortable and close to the places I needed to go. It was almost half the price of the hotel next door and had what I needed.

I was in town for a basketball tournament. Hotel is very close to all the facilities. Continental breakfast was nothing more than Blueberry muffins. Room was clean. Nothing special, but apart from the subpar continental breakfast the hotel was fine.

The only time I saw someone besides the maid - who was friendly - was when I checked in for only as long as it took for me to sign my name (not even fill out the complete form) and once in the morning, while I was having a cup of coffee, for about 30 seconds. Earlier in my career I travelled a good deal but now that I am retired I do not travel as often. I stayed at this facility about 4 - 5 years ago but my, how it has gone downhill. It has not stayed competitive with the area motels and I don't think it had more than eight other rooms occupied. Not a comfortable feeling. I wished it would have been a plus to my visit rather than the negative it is. Sorry!

Stayed here before Muddy Buddy Dallas 2009. The lady at the reception was incredibly rude; it seemed like she never left the darned place and gave us a hard time for washing our clothes; she said they were too dirty. Will never stay at a Ramada again in my life.

I was very disappointed that the pool was out of service. We were really looking forward to cooling off on such a hot summer day....

Overall it was a decent room at a decent price. I travel frequently and have had some really bad experiances

The Hotel was easy to find(first time in Dallas), Well located with convenient eating locations and access to my various meeting sites. Staff was efficent, friendly and cooperative. The rooms were clean and ready on arrival and aside from some (minimal traffice noise very pleasant. As it was a brief business trip I can't offer an opinion on amenities i.e. pool and fitness room as did not make use of them.

The room was so nice I even took pictures with my digital camera and the location was wonderful and also the rental car location. I was so impressed I went to the front desk and personnally total the hotel attendant how pleased I was with the room. I will be going back again.

The room was quite comfortable, with little noticeable noise from surrounding areas. not much room for hanging clothes. There was no entry light immediately upon entering the room.

this was a great, clean hotel and very affordable. quiet and very peacful.
