Everything was what I needed and expected the staff to the room
Hotel was okay except for the lack of no freaking coffee maker !! and no utensils,, no pots or pans but you know you get what you paid for and I had people upstairs making sounds like they were freaking elephants and I called the night manager ,,he says he'd talk to then..the night manager he did absolutely nothing about it said he'd take care of it or talk to him whatever,, but whatever .. but other than that the room cleaner was wonderful and it was okay .. it was only 10 minutes for my destination so I'll give it up three and a half out of 5
One we got there, they tried to put us in a room with one bed (we had reserved a room with two). The pics that were online were NOTHING like the actual hotel (including the "lobby"). On day three of us being there, our plumbing started backing up, and their solution was giving us a plunger and telling us to take care of it. If we ran the air conditioner, it was too cold, when it kicked off, the room became too hot. There was NO happy medium. When we took showers, the tub would fill up fast!
Was inexpensive but would've paid more for more of a room. The room had a bit of an odor to it. Opened a bottle of laundry detergent by a/c unit to help with the problem.
Good location and clean room.
I was in Dallas for the All star weekend. The hotel was pretty nice for the price. Not to far from everything, and clean. I just didn't like that I have internet acess. I only had intenet the 1st night, but the next 3 days was none
Close to stores.
This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever seen. We checked in, went up the stairs to our room because the elevator was broken, could hardly get the beaten door open. The room was freezing, smelled awful, small, dirty. The bed had been slept in and was not made. The floor was filthy. We could not use the free wi-fi. Went downstairs to the desk and said that this was completly unacceptable and that we wanted to check out. Because I booked through [...], they would not give me anything saying I had checked out. The staff did not seem at all surprised by us leaving or any of our complaints. They did not apologize and said that we needed to contact [...] if we were unhappy. Are you kidding me??? This hotel should be removed from all of your deals. I am furious that I went all the way from NY to TX to see my ill father and this was what I had to deal with! I am on a budget but ended up going to a Starbucks to use their wi-fi to book another hotel that cost me $300 I was not anticipating spending. Thank god at least that hotel was clean! I want my money for the hotel at Sun Suites refunded immediatly.
while the front desk woman was very kind, the rest of the experience was not good. The room was disgusting with hair in the bed and bathroom and the toilet looked as if it had not been cleaned in a week. I did not even stay there as it was pre-paid I lost out on that money. I went across the street to a much improved room and slept comfortably.
went to cowboy game, great location for price with car rental stayed 4 nights, did not have a moveable table to sit at, only one person could watch tv at table if you have company. good location for shopping, restuarants and bars. no daily room service for weekly guests, great if you don't make a mess. hotel staff was very pleasant. frig. and microwave was a blessing
The staff are very nice and polite people. The hotel is very close to de 35 hight road and near to DFW. Very good impression
The staff was not too friendly but they were not rude either. The room was comfortable. They do charge for pets.
The room was clean overall and adequate for my needs. I was only there to sleep for a short while and it was adequate for that. The problem was the other guests were very noisy and there was little noise insulation so I didn't get much sleep. Between people bouncing off the walls and the police showing up at 4:00 a.m., I didn't get much sleep.
Great place for the price...quiet and clean with kitchenettes...the only downfall was no daily room service for cleaning with new towels and toilet paper...had to keep going to the office to get towels and toilet paper...but other than that...great deal for the price...
We were going to the races at Texas Motor Speedway, we arrived late and there was no one in the office. A security guard had to check us in and he had no idea were anything was. In the room there was no coffey for the coffey pot, no soap, no cleanex and no pans to cook with.
We pretty much just used the room for sleeping after a long day of touring the local attractions, so the room was great for that. The one thing that was a little annoying was we were on the third floor and the elevator was on the other side, so we had to walk a ways. The check- in and check out was quick, so that was a big plus. We really enjoyed the nice kitchen area.
Overnight stay on a layover. Did not sleep as the hotel was so bad. Should have saved money and slept in the airport - it would have been more comfortable and absent the horrible odors.
Customer service was ok but not great. I requested nonsmoking and was given a smoking room, the smell wasn't too pleasent. The room was extremly small as compare to what said on the website. Also, something I really want to bring up; no hairdrier, and theres a small kitchen but no kitchenwhare to cook anything. What I did like was the fact that the room was very clean. I was only their for two nights, which was great for me, because according to the hotel's policy, they only clean towels, sheets, etc, once or twice a week. On a scale from 1-10 I give them a 7 which really isn't bad. Good place to stay if you're only there for a couple of nights!
