The lumpiest bed ever. It was extremely soft, which we could deal with, but it was like the mattress was shredded and sheets put over it.

So my Flight was delayed getting into the city. I called the front desk and ask for a late check in. They told me there was nothing they could do and I would lose my reservation. I had to call expedia for help they would not do anything to work with expedia. Expedia came up with the suggestion to have someone check in for me. The front desk then made me hold forever and said that I could not add someone to the reservation. they finally changed my reservation. I would not stay here or any other hyatt place again. Also, half the towels had stains on them.

My initial interaction with the staff was poor. I believe the gentleman at the front desk may have been in a bad mood due to their elevators being inoperable. We were on the 3rd floor and had no elevator access to bring our luggage in. So we were forced to use the stairs. The elevator went out several times during our stay. They were able to fixed but imagine how nervous we were thinking if we get on these elevators are we going to get stuck. Certain areas of the hotel had n odor. I feel there should have been some kind of compensation. The experience was not great and the food made me sick

This was a short trip, we normally stay three nights. I left a prescription ointment costing $48 called deep blue. I called Sunday morning asking if lady who cleaned my room found it. Of course she did not turn item in . Also I asked about Incidental charge of $15 Told it would be 7 to 10 days before it would Credited to my American Express. But charge was added, even before I reached my room on Friday . I will think twice before return to this hotel not a happy Customer.

Won’t stay here again.

At check-in, around 9pm, only one staff member to man front desk and cope with issues. Elevator went out and this individual was performing due diligence, resulting in no one available to check us in. Bed was broken. We knew the hotel was full (learned at check in), so no other room was available so we didn’t call. Walls are very thin,making for a loud stay. Doors not flush so hallway lights illuminated room. Not a fan of barn doors for bath rooms, as they are loud to open and close at night. At least this one was. Bath was functional, but too small. Maybe it was our room type. Check out was easy. Breakfast was meh. Not enough seating for a full property.

Property is right off the expressway and it is also near the lake. So many different restaurants and stores within a mile from the hotel. This is my hotel that I will stay at every time I come to Dallas area.
