Completely Unprofessional Manager - No Options

Worst check-in experience ever. Arrived at 6pm. Went into room and it only had a very thin see-through shade covering the entire window, no curtains or privacy shade. We called front desk and asked to change rooms as we needed something more than a see-through window shade. We were told they were fully booked and no other rooms were available. I asked if a privacy shade could be added. I was told they could put in a work-order but it would not be fixed today, and we were only staying for one night. I understood they were fully booked but since it was only 6pm had every room been checked into already since this room did not have what was advertised and needed? We were told since we had already gone into the room it was contaminated and we could not change rooms since they could not give that room to anyone else now. I'm not sure how you can see what's wrong with a room without going in? We were told the only other option was to not stay there and request a refund. Then try to find a room on a Saturday night at another hotel with no notice, and during a busy holiday weekend. While discussing my frustration with the manager he was rude and offered no help. He accused me of calling him a name in front of the front desk lady. Which the front desk lady had to tell him I never did. Then he tried to apologize for falsely accusing me of it. All of this at the front desk check-in area. Completely unprofessional. WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN. DO NO RECOMMEND.

Room service needs to be tentative to running out soaps, shampoo, and conditioner. Also, there were no hand soaps to wash hands, if needed. Facility needs to be prepared for fully booked reservation to be able to provide towels and other amenities.

Nice sized room and amenities ..We were disappointed with the fact that due to the cleaning schedule (every other day and not on Sundays)...our room was not cleaned during our 3 night stay. We arrived on Friday to a clean space but it was not cleaned during our stay at all & the towels were not replaced until Sunday. We asked about the desk associate during breakfast about fresh towels and though she said she would have them replaced, we had to go back down to request them from management when we returned late that night to dirty towels and no replacements. Breakfast options were just ok. Refrigerator did not stay cool.

Room was clean, common areas clean. My only complaint is the ac shuts off while you’re gone or asleep. It’s really annoying having to walk around to keep the ac from shutting off. Saves the company money but punishes the consumer in the process. Will not ever stay here again due to the inconvenience as a guest. They care more about their money than they do the comfort of their guests. I hope they shut off their ac while they are gone or asleep since they do that to their guests. But I guarantee you they have all their amenities on, even at homes they aren’t staying in at the moment. Greed at its finest.

Overall, a nice facility. The front desk staff were very accommodating, as we had a family emergency that did not allow one of us to stay in the room. They allowed me to take a to-go breakfast each morning for them...until the dining room staff intervened after being RUDE and not understanding of the situation. The last day, the dining room magically 'ran out' of to-go containers when the front desk went to get one for me. Needless to say, I found a way to take food with me that morning. As stated, the front desk staff were very nice and understanding...the dining room staff needs some compassion education as pertaining to the customer service delivery expected of a hotel/motel establishment
